Absoloutely disgusted by the rude, unprofessional staff. If you like wasting money then book through this company. They are the most shady money sucking company Ive ever come across. No respect and no care to follow proper process or communicate properly with their customers. Be warned they will absoloutely attempt to steal your money without any permission, discussion or communication.

Appalling service! The most unprofessional holiday rental agents we have ever come across. Completely regrettable experience, be aware guys don't book any homes from stayz or Airbnb if this mob are in charge of the rentals, they are the most unfrofessional agents I will ever come across, the assiatants, are so unprofessional, have no form of customer service no remorse, my sister accidently clicked the request button on stayz and they happened to be the agents she called and emailed within 10mins of the confirmation, money and booking was made and taken out $1800 so within 10mins
my sister lost $1800 and they refuse to take her calls refuse to deal with the situation, all they keep saying is bad luck its our terms and conditions non refundable, my sister saw the email and contacted them within 10mins and a bad luck is all she gets, she was taking my sick parents away on a family holiday and now she has lost $1800 and can't take them she has requested for 3 days to speak to David via emails, via phone calls and no call back, but my sister won't let this slide she is determined to take her parents on this holiday that they deserve and will not let these unprofessional team at Surfcoast Holiday rentals destroy that, she will fight this until the end. how dare they treat people like that and destroy there holidays.
they deserve no stars and everyone will know what they put my sister threw!!!

The apartment we stayed is was not good. The toilet seat was broken, the bath was dirty, the fridge had no shelves in it, the freezer was frosted up with an old ice cream in there, the outside area was filthy, no drawers to put clothes in, the bin in bathroom was broken which means the lid wouldn't open when you step on the pedal, dishwasher needs fixing as dirty dishes come out dirtier than when they went in, many many notices everywhere telling you you'll be charged for this and that if you don't do things.

There's even a rule saying you'll be charged extra money if you leave rubbish in the rubbish bins. Hmmm not sure what the cleaners are for.

On their website it states

What a joke. We stayed at the Beach Front Holiday Resort. Luxury hotel style apartments my ass!

When we complained at Surfcoast Holiday Rentals office the girl just said if you told us when you first arrived we would have fixed things. Well how about making sure things are fixed before renting them out. In reading these reviews nothing would have been rectified anyway.

An older lady working there who we weren't even talking to rudely looked at us rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing as though we shouldn't be complaining at all. I asked what her problem was but she answered the phone and turned her back to us. At that point I asked them to refund our money back. Fat chance of that. Never ever again!!!

Evette, Jade and the team @ Surfcoast are wonderful to deal with. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Always proactive and keeping us informed. We've had a great experience over the past 7 years working with the Surfcoast team. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

I have been dealing with Surfcoast Holiday Rentals for over ten years now and can highly recommend them. I have had experience with them as both a landlord and a tenant, and can't speak highly enough of the service they provide. The staff are always helpful, professional, and courteous, and go out of their way to ensure the renting experience is a positive one. David's knowledge of the real estate market for the surf coast is invaluable, and he goes beyond the call of duty to resolve any issues which may arise. I have no hesitation in recommending Surfcoast Holiday Rentals to anyone considering renting their property, or looking for some short term accommodation along Victoria's beautiful surf coast.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Surfcoast Holiday Rentals recently & couldn't speak highly enough if the staff & management. The accommodation was perfect, clean, tidy & everything advertised was what I found there. I will definitely be using this business again. The Resort was across the road from the beach & an easy walk to the Main Street, shops & Restaurants.
