I think a three star review is more than generous for this place. My sirloin was cooked medium well but was still stringy and slightly tough (says a lot about the meat quality already), fair enough. I blame the meat quality. But my dad's steak (butterflied eye fillet) was definitely not cooked medium well, it was hardly red at all. Complained to the manager but all he could do was tell us that we're wrong and that the slightest hint of red that he saw meant "medium well". Didn't even have the courtesy to tell us that politely. Don't come. Go to Prime and spend a bit extra.

Great view, nice atmosphere. Service was poor. Cocktail was made wrong, our oysters were cooked when we ordered raw. Steak was sub par. For the location and atmosphere I had higher expectations for food quality. Steak was tough and stringy. Mushroom sauce was nice and wine was good.

Nice ambiance with a spectacular view . Service and food were top Quality..

They are very focused on steaks and provide you with all the details so that you can have a lovely meal. The meat was cooked perfectly and the portions were just right.

It would cost around 50 on average for a steak excluding drinks.

The host is a lovely person and the staff are hospitable. The seats on the other hand are a little stiff.

Had a dinner there with a bigger group a week ago! Initial booking was for 20, short notice change to 22 was not a problem for them! Food quality was great, steak was perfectly cooked and the servings were a decent size. Thanks for having us! Brice, you had the patience of a saint and your service and attention to your guests was top notch! Would book again!

Great spot, good service and nice food. They cook a quality steak! We particularly like going to Steersons for dinner with a group on New Years Eve. You can see some fireworks from the tables, or only a short walk to the ones in Darling Harbour.
