Had lunch here on a weekday. Very nice food, a decent selection of wine (beer choices were limited however). The service was good, staff were friendly, and the outdoor setting looking across the estate was great.

Was really disappointed in the service at Wandin Valley. I had been looking in the hunter region for a venue for my wedding and driven up from Sydney twice to check it out, giving them the benefit of the doubt after the negative things I had heard about the new ownership. It's a real shame the staff/event planner never returned any calls or followed up with us as we were really interested in the estate. Weddings aren't cheap so you'd hope/expect them to show a little more interest in your day (business).

This winery is set in the picturesque Lovedale. There was an abudance of wildlife and the time spent there was very relaxing. The food available was great, showing passion from the head chef. Unfortunately thats where the passion ended. We were asked to leave the cellar door moment before closing (Despite being mid-transaction for a dozen bottles), and the staff showed no regard for technical issues experienced during a function

This places ruined the end of alot of peoples lovedale long lunch. Waited on the bus in the line up for 30 minutes car park was gridlocked, when we got in we went straight to the bar lined up for 45 min was literally 2 people from the front and they closed the bar early, than we went to dance and after one song the band finished so we stood around for the last hour with no wine, no music.

We had a family wedding on the weekend of 8.4.17. We stayed in Olivers Cottage it was perfect for our family. The living area and kitchen was so spacious and the verandah was great. I would highly recommend staying there especially for family gatherings. We are planning our next family get together to stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay! The only improvement I would suggest is to update your website with more photos of the kitchen and living room.

Enjoyed Wandin Valley, much nicer than the hustle and bustle of Burrigan. Had to check into the hospital, quite busy for a country practice. Stop into the pub on your way out of town, the locals are nice even the old police sergeant.

Really great surprise, stumbled across this winery because it was close to our cottage in the Hunter Valley. Well educated and interesting staff who were fully engaged. Some really nice wines with lots of craft and subtlety. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area, and the aircon is very powerful in such a large shed, so a good place to escape to on the hottest days.

Gorgeous scenery and great wines. Generous tastings and some nice Scottish themed wines. I bought 2 bottles of the mclaren vale 2013 mighty mouse as i believe given some cellaring they will turn out to be an exceptional investment.
