Consistently good service and pleasant personnel. Peace of mind that my pool is kept in pristine condition.

I'm giving a five-star review mainly for my 'main man' Brandon, but the company overall has been great since taking over from my previous 'retiring' cleaner. They are very professional and reasonably priced (in my opinion), with text notification of when they will be attending and confirmation when service has been completed. In that time, the borders were closed (I'm in NSW), so they utilised their NSW connections to continue to service my pool, and, since February floods, the direct access to my home has been closed due to a landslip, thus an extra 10-15km drive required. If I've ever had a concern, they respond promptly with extra visits if required (and not necessarily charged, either).

I’m new to owning a pool and Splashking organised John to come turn my green pool back to sparkling clean and provided me with tips on how to keep the pool continually clean. Fantastic service and very good price as well. I will be arranging a regular maintenance check with Splashking.

I’m a complete novice but after 1 hour talking to Scotty I feel pretty confident that I can take care of my pool and now have a good understanding of how my equipment works. No baffling me with science or trying to sell me stuff I don’t need. Cheers Scotty

I’ve always found the team at Splashking to be knowledgeable and helpful - I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their servicing appointments are prompt and efficient. Shout out to John who suspected the pool had a leak (which turned out to be the case and was subsequently repaired) and he’s happy to talk footy for a couple of minutes after the work is done.
