  Picked up my car today $199 and still had dirt in the grill & side mirrors as well as the wax wasnt wiped off the front fender panel. I discovered this on the passenger side conveniently when I got home under my garage lights. I am so not recommending them and the worst value for complete detail I've seen.

  Previously. I have had really good experiences here but unfortunately it seems something has changed. It cost $220 for a basic wash, vacuum, seat clean and armour all. When i pulled out of the undercover car park I realised it was a poor quality job. They aren’t using premium products and the cleaning was seriously deficient. I was told the wash couldn’t remove anything more and that I needed to book in for a cut and polish for a meagre sum of $500.

  I booked and paid for a "Full Detail" at a cost of $349. Which states that this includes a "cut and polish" as per their website.
  
  I contacted this store one week prior to confirm my booking as I had not yet received a confirmation. I was advised that I was not able to bring my car in on Monday 12th of June as the cut and polish machine would not be available on this day. I was then asked to bring my car in on Sunday 11th of June at 10am, which I did.
  
  Upon arrival, I was advised that the cut and polish was an additional service and this would be an extra $200 on top of the $349 I had already paid. If this was not included why was I advised that my car could not be completed on the Monday as the cut and polish machine was unavailable?
  False advertising on their website.
  If this was the case, I would have booked this cheaper service as I required a cut and polish.
  
  As per the attached photos, this is not acceptable and not worthy of a $349 full "detail". Areas have been missed and the under bonnet clean was not completed, they probably assumed I wouldn't check.
  
  Multiple attempts to get in contact with the manager to rectify the clean but to no avail. I will now take this further.
  
  Do not use this company especially if you are female as they will rip you off!

  $400 and a 4 hour wait for a vehicle detail that was only half done. Literally as I opened the door to the vehicle there was dirt still all along the footstep, parking receipts still on the dashboard, the front and rear windscreen had not been touched, and the seatbelts had not been cleaned. Generally a half baked job with visible evidence of very little having been done. The phone charger accessory was removed and not returned. Staff tried to argue the point. I had to return the vehicle two days later as the interior was left so wet it had started to smell and become musty. Staff tried to decline my request, but finally conceded as they would prefer that to sitting in the musty car with the windows up. Came back another 3 and a half hours later to a barely acceptable appearance and smell. It's possibly going to be the worst decision you make for your car and wallet if you choose to go here. Silver Tongue Shortcut Sponge should be avoided.

  No words needed, $90, Never Again
  Make sure you inspect the car prior to handing over your $$$, asked for a partial refund was refused, ask me to bring my car back to have it redone, No Thanks
  
  5/2 Um, no you will not be seeing me again ever, as I had mentioned to you over our phone call and email, as explained i wish to have a partial refunds of $30 since this work is not worth $90.
  FYI, he checked my car prior to commencing and to quote me as I explained what I wanted.
  
  What else i find peculiar, how articulate, well scripted i find your response in comparison to the email???

  Recommended by a friend. Exterior OK but interior - cleaning product not properly removed where speedometer screen is. Will not go back. There are many others out there.

  Today. I got a quote for for cut wash polish. Sedan $190 was the quote. Saw money bags coming and charged $400. Bastards. Cant see where an extra $200

  I have used this carwash before-in fact I am a fairly regular customer, but this week all my coins that I leave in my central console, that has a lid ,were STOLEN .I contacted the carwash and they denied that the coins were taken

  I got the premium car wash hand wax and all that. Nothing out of ordinary.i still have some dried up dirt marks left. Paid
  $90 for it but it looks similar to $30 wash i got at chic hand car wash. I wont be goin back.
