Worth every bit of $. Fantastic and as new. Really great service plus can sit in comfort with coffee while waiting.

I booked in this morning for a standard wash plus complimentary polish and wax.
After I got my car back I checked and saw that the windscreen was still dirty and the bonnet had dirt on it. Based on this I can see that my car wasn't washed properly, nor was it polished nor waxed.
Sorry guys but this is pretty average especially given that you were so quiet this morning.response / report this review -

First time using Magic Hand with a discounted inside- outside wash. The team did a great job - I left very happy, especially with the job done on the wheels. Excellent coffee too! I will be going back for a wax and polish next time.

Used to be great but now pretty average. The latest was supposed to be a superior wash. The initial impression was great. However, upon closer inspection, water marks all over the outside. On the inside, main windscreen not properly cleaned and is streaky. The consoles not wiped properly with areas of the interior missed.
Previous visit, they just have used a used rag that wasn’t cleaned properly. It left a scratch on my driver’s info panel. When I brought it to their attention straight after I collected, they tried to tell me the scratch was already present. It was a brand new car that was about a month old.
Two strikeswill not be returning. When you spend $80 (After RAC discount) you expect a lot better product.response / report this review -

Good job of washing the car after crossing the country. Not the cheapest car wash I've been too but good job and a comfortable cafe to wait in.

Ali was nothing but accomodating and lovely! Took my new second hand car in first and absolutely loved the job so came back in with my old car also. Would definitely recommend 👌

Great service. The staff always leave my car in great condition and in speedy time frames. The cafe is always good for a coffee and light snack too.
