DREADFUL DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!
I took my car here to get it detailed so that we can sell it i wish i could turn back time and have never went here. I got the b3 package and paid $280 when i went to pick my car up (3 days after i dropped it off) it was dusty there were scratches on it that i didnt do also they chipped the paint and scratched my left back window tint verry badly so now have to get that fixed the car was not clean inside and out the seats were still wet and my car smells damp inside they also put the mats back in wet. They didnt even touch the boot my car is in worse condition than when i dropped it off the owners Nathan and Michael were so rude and verry unprofessional for business owners. I really cant believe how they have this business these kind of people r the very reason i dont trust anyone with my belongings this place is disgusting I am so angry and disappointed with there service that i want to take this to court they damaged my car and are refusing to pay for damages let alone a refund of what i paid. they had and old man probably an uncle or dad working on my car and he done i verry poor job. PLEASE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR DETAILED DO NOT GOTO THIS PLACE SAVE YOU A NIGHTMARE AND DAMAGES TO YOUR CAR AVOILD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! we now have to find somewhere to get the scratches out and get the back window re tinted not to mention cleaning my car properly. this is the firt time i have ever had my car detailed and will deffs be the last.response / report this review -

I just got my Jeep Rubicon detailed and waxed and it looks absolutely flawless! the guys down here are really friendly, helpful and professional. They have an an extremely high standard of work. Thanks again Michael, the jeep is looking sexy :)

Absolutely dreadful customer service,the worst I have ever encountered! I booked for my car in for 11am and got there about 5 to 11 and waited and waited and waited,finally someone came into the office at 11.25. I could of ransacked the place twice in that time but anyway I took my car around at 11.30 and then went to a nearby lunch bar to kill time with a drink and book as was told it would take approx. 2 and a half hour's. After sitting in the lunch bar for nearly 2 hour's,i received a call from them at 1.40pm saying that they were just about to start the car and that I had to pay an extra $80 for all the (apparently) red dust I had on my car. So I just stormed back and demanded my keys and a refund so I wasted all that time for nothing. I later got someone to come out and do it and he said I didn't have a speck of red dust on my car since that only happens when people go up north. So not only do they have no customer service skills,their also fraudster's that try to flog more money off you for things that don't even exist. Avoid these thieves at all costs!

Would not recommend. Bought as a Groupon. Firstly upon being told that the job would take 4-4.5 hours total (I explained that I was heavily pregnant when booking so having the car back asap would be fantastic, was assured 4.5 hour max) The job took 6hours. Not sure what they actually did within that 6 hours but it sure as heck wasn't paying attention to 'detail' there was excess wax left on the exterior of my car. My glove box or roof lining wasn't attended to as described in the deal. My interior was left covered in a lathered on polish, my windows left streaky and the customer service was atrocious. Highly recommend saving your money and staying very far away from this business.
