They ruined my paintwork👎🏻.
When I brought back the car to address the issue they palmed it off as it is not their fault.
they are the only company that details my cars.
I spent 25 K last year re-powder coating and re-spraying my four-wheel-drive and now it is ruined. So disappointing.

I wish I read the reviews before going here. Paid for the premium and when driving off, I noticed all the spots, mark and dirt that made me want to go get a car clean done was still there. All they really did was a vacuum. Not happy with the service at all. Definitely don’t recommend anyone to go here.

I am very happy with the customer service and car detailing service I received today. It's the first time I've used Silver Sponge at Karrinyup Shopping Centre & it won't be my last.
I paid $89 for the Premium Wash for my old Ford Focus & my car looks sooo good!
I recommend this company.
Thanks Silver Sponge, I'm a very Happy Customer.

Got my car done on the weekend. Got the “premium” package and at first glance it seemed like a good job. Once I got home and inspected it further I saw that so many sections were obviously not even touched. Disappointed

Was obviously too much for these guys to remove the cobwebs from my car when cleaning it. Also payed for a polish, wich was dismal, had nothing but water spots all over the car. Won't ever go back here again and I won't recommend this place to anyone either.

Used These guys down at Karrinyup for a few years, always polite to deal with and do a great job on my cars, and a very reasonable price, highly recommended

This is a review for the one in the Perth Convention Centre car park, which I can't seem to locate on Google. I have tried two other car detailers and been disappointed, to varying degrees. I informed the one person in the store of this, not sure if that made a difference. I paid $80 for an interior and exterior clean of a wagon with sand and pet hair. The car was IMMACULATE. I almost don't want to let my dog back in. Seriously I was blown away. I hope I feel the same once I drive it out into the day light, being as the car park is underground(!) but honestly it looked cleaner than when I bought it from a dealer and smelt heavenly. I am actually excited to pick it back up and drive it home! I will definitely be a regular customer. If you work in Perth CBD take your car here, you will not be disappointed.
