Another 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the guys at Magic Hand Carwash. I am happy with the results and especially the customer service. Special thanks to NITIN for being incredibly considerate and patient, my car which I bought secondhand feels like brand-new, the door handles and switches were grimy, car seats quite stained and carpets pretty much a sandpit but now spotless and airy..😁Plus the coffee isn’t half bad. I’ll be returning AND recommending 👍👍. Please guys keep it up, thank you 🙏

Today we had two cars serviced:

A five year-old well maintained car that received a mini-detail. This cost $250 and the car now looks in showroom condition, inside and out. When I saw it in the parking lot it surpassed my expectations and I was very pleasantly surprised.

The second car was ten years old and filthy. We bought a superior service for $89, and afterwards the car was clean on the inside and shiny on the outside. It looked great again, but, it still looked like a ten year old car.
My reason for saying this is, that many people leaving one-star reviews need to realise that not all old cars can be made to look new again with a clean and polish. Unrealistic expectations can lead to disappointment.

I was very happy with our service today. All three men that we encountered were very friendly, and warm. I will definitely come here again in future. Highly recommended.

Dishonest, rude, way overpriced and very poor end result Truly came out dirtier than it went in! (See Pics)
After going through an automated drive-thru no touch car wash which quite frankly did a pretty good job, but, as this vehicle was to be used in it's OWNER'S funeral procession the following morning, my friend (and son of the deceased) understandably decided he wanted it looking it's absolute best so he chose to take it to Magic Hands Carwash in Vic Park Never Again! Terrible job and rude staff and an absolute waste of money!

Awesome car wash, I come here often. They pay extra attention to detail. Today Abu was in particular helpful by cleaning extra marks off my leather seats and also cleaning the tare off my doors. Thanks I will be returning!

On the third of January I brought my car in for a detail and wash. The car was in quite the state covered in dust inside and out. I had lost many personal items all of which were returned and waiting for me when I picked the car up. Abu handed me the keys showed me pretty much a brand new car, the difference was staggering. His customer service was impeccable, a true asset to Magic !

This was my second trip here to clean my car. (UPDATE @ bottom)

The first time was really good, and this time was pretty good.
Nothing majorly wrong, a few spots got missed and there was still a bit if pollen on a few spots on the windscreens.

Thanks for doing it, it's something I always hate doing and spending hours on, so this is a most convenient way to get it done and at a good price.

The staff are friendly as all can be, Thiago was the one who greeted me with a smile and a handshake which was great.

3) went today and what a fantastic job. Thanks for the great service, today Raman helped me out and he was a friendly guy. Car was immaculate!

i spent $350+ for a full clean and left it there for over 4 hrs. came back and went over the car with them and there was soo much they needed to do and it was still crazy wet inside and out. the underside of the car was disgusting even some of the side panels still had dirt spots left. trims were dirty, marks inside the car cleaning product marks were not wiped. would have been much better me doing it myself. lesson learned.

For the car enthusiasts who have got passion to be super clean! I must say the best cafe culture so far amongst Magic Car wash. "These are the people that a successful business needs to be successful". Mr. SHAH listened to the problem in an extremely calm manner and assured me thrice that "I don't have to worry about the vomit on the back seat, the car will be like new again!" Highly cooperative staff, knows what cleaning is. I've been an ex Batista champ and would strongly recommend to try their Cafe, it's a must and worth $$$! MICHELLE'S customer service and MANDY's coffee was amazing, no doubt. She knows how to make a true coffee! A perfect balance of brewing the beans and milk + her coffee art! Last but not the least thanks to every single member who made my day amazing! You're guys are the best, keep rising and shining!
