Paid $ 180 for express detailing and for a quick look, it looked ok , when I got back home i had a thorough look and there was still sand between the seats and windows were not fully clean, boot also still had had sand an dirt in it.

Really friendly service and only an hour wait on a Sunday morning (I went down to the fenced reserve across from dog swamp shopping centre and let my dog run around for an hour). They did a fantastic job on my 4wd, really reasonably priced

The team at Eco Wash are very professional and have always done a great job. My cars are always looking like new after a wash and wax here. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and have recently moved out of the area, but still come back to take both mine and partners car here.

Very fast and efficient. I've tried other places in Perth on a weekend and been stuck there for 2-3 hours waiting for a wash and vacuum, but here is always less than an hour (sometimes even 20 minutes!) and consistently a good job.

Took in my car today for a $49 interior exterior clean. I was unable to get through on the phone to ask if they were busy however decided to risk driving in anyway. After initial attempts to upsell to a polish for $79 (and $10 extra to clean the interior cup holders which somehow weren't included in the interior clean?) I declined as I just needed a basic clean.

They took the car immediately and I waited in the cafe (coffee + cookies are available not a super stocked or sandwich cafe if you're wondering if you should go for the cafe aspect) which also had free wifi. About 20 - 30 minutes the car was ready and it was very well cleaned (including the cup holders because I don't know who would clean everything and then leave them messy). I would describe my car as moderately soiled before I took it in with sand and grime (2 door hyundai getz) and it came out looking very good. Pleased with the service and the price for a basic interior/exterior wash - just don't get sucked into the '$10 and we'll clean your cup holders' deal.

I paid $270 for full detailing of my car. They made messy the seats and carpet by sponge and then dried it by vacuum cleaner instead of using steam cleaner!!!
I asked for steam cleaner or my money back and the owner said it is what it is. He said we do always this way for all our customers and they are happy. I'm going to sue them because of their fraud.
Just take your car to some where else.

I read a few reviews on here saying that this place had changed hands and upped their game so I thought I'd give it a go. I really wish I hadn't.

I brought my car in, a dual cab well body ute, for an internal and external clean and detail. Looking at the price list on show, a car of my size with the clean I was after was set to cost $70. After looking it over, and obviously not wanting to take the job on, I was offered the clean for $320!! Given I'm looking the sell the car and I didn't have time, I told the guy I'd pay it, just do it right and don't waste my time.

So much for this place being a cafe while you wait, I was told once exiting my car that it'd be over 2 hours and left to find my own way home. In the end it was close to 4 hours.

Once picking up my car, everything looking fine and nice and shiny, I was told to take it home and leave the windows down for 2 hours to let it dry out. That I did. Hours later when I went to drive the car, I found my car charger had somehow been entangled with the seat railing and snapped off the adapter, completely ruined! Then, once a little dog began to form, you could see the spraying of windex all over the windows that hadn't even been wiped around to clean or then wiped off, just simply sprayed on and left to evaporate, and subsequently leave a big ugly mark. On top of all of this, whatever cleaning agent they had used on the surfaces of the car, the gear stick, the steering wheel etc, had not been rinsed off or wiped away, but simply left there, leaving my hands sticky, slimy, smelly and almost causing an accident as the wheel slipped from beneath my hands.

All in all a very poor service, one which may have looked good from the outside but when gone over with, not even a fine tooth comb, showed to have absolutely no attention to detail, the absolute minimum you'd expect from the extortionate price.

Worst car wash i have ever been to. I would highly recommend NOT TO GO THERE!!!!! I have got a brand new car and after leaving my car in their hands for an hour it had a major damage on the left door. I spoke to the manager and he refused to show me the footage to proof that it happened while they were cleaning my car. He was blaming it on the car model, he said that that car brand uses used parts for new cars and that what could have happened and I can call the car company and asked them to cover the cost. Something clearly went wrong while they were cleaning the car because it didn't have any damage before as i said it is a brand new car well was. It left me with a high cost on fixing something they did to my car. + they charged me for the cleaning too.
