Lovely staff, great service went in with no idea came out like a pro MUA
I want to congratulate Gaby She is an advisor who is a pleasant experience whenever I go, she is a valuable employee as she creates a beautiful experience with people. the staff in general lacks attention to detail to listen to the needs, she is the only one who always takes the time to be the best counselor
Walked around aimlessly for 15 minutes before even being glanced at. I had to seek out a staff member myself and when I finally did she was so cold/standoffish - very hard to talk to. Asked her to compare their brands to what I usually use and she kept saying well these are our best sellers but I don’t know those brands (very well known brands).
I had a large voucher to spend but honestly chose not to because she couldn’t even do a basic foundation comparison or even try to show me what other brands may be suitable. Seems like she had better things to do. Probably explains why the store was empty!
It's hard to get anyone to help you here often I've stood around for ages visibly needing help but the staff are usually busy talking to each other about their weekends. Last couple of times I've opened the drawers and just go through all their messy stock to find what I'm looking for my self.
Girls at the cashier are usually nice but that's as much customer service you get. Only reason I come here and not Mecca is because of certain brands Mecca doesn't have. They really should just close down Sephora and get Mecca to stock all brands.
Though a good range of products, customer service is so lacking. Customer service is always rushed, not tailored, and staff seem bored.
I've been several times and each time it's the same. Maybe Sephora isn't paying their staff enough, or not enough training, whatever the case I'm really surprised that Sephora is considered a competitor with Mecca. Their service model is like night and day.
