  If i could give it (0) stars i would walked in and turned around and walked straight out . It is not like the pictures . I wouldnt let my dog stay there . They can keep my $90 for the night . DONT STAY HERE

  AWFUL. FOUND DRUGS LEFT IN THE ROOM. Stayed here with friends, visiting Sydney. This place must be a hangout for some of Manly's more questionable people. Felt very uncomfortable, room was terrible, dated and WAY overpriced. Felt so uncomfortable about the situation that we had to decline staying there and found a better place at the Sebel Manly. They REFUSED to refund us, even though we didn't stay there AND we found leftover DRUGS IN THE ROOM. NO NOT STAY HERE - KEEP WELL AWAY.

  To say this stay was an unforgettable experience is an understatement i can only hope that the things we encountered are rectified to the benefit of both the business owner and guests alike but at present it is a case of guest be aware please

  I thought it was a bit over priced at first. Then everything fell in place, it was cleaner then any motel I had seen for a while (I travel a lot) and despite no air con and a 38 degree day I had 2 fans to combat that and I used them well. Then I went to the bathroom and the bath was this awesome spa sized monstrosity which changed my mind, after spending 2 hours in that and four beers later I decided that it was money well spent. The staff are awesome, helpful as well.

  Loved it. simply loved it
  We paid 99$ for 2 bed room, 4 people accommodation with beach 1 min walk. the facilities were good
  Micro, Refrigerator and Small kitchen with tea pots and tea, basic crockery.
  The location was good

  I couldn't be happier that I stayed here, the room was clean and the place was quiet, there was parking on site which is a massive bonus in Manly (unless you want to move your car every two hours).
  
  It's just a quick walk from the beach and on the quieter side of Manly but still a quick walk or an uber away.
  
  The courtyard was great to relax in and the owner was so great we ended up becoming friends, this isn't just a business to her, she's genuinely invested in making sure you're happy.
  
  She went above and beyond even offering her own personal time to make sure I was looked after.

  DO NOT STAY HERE Dingy, tiny room but you get what you pay for, what ruined it for us is that the walls are paper thin and when we apparently made too much noise the "owner" knocked on our door and told us that if we don't shut up we will be kicked out!! Came back to room and found the door unlocked after we had definitely double checked that it was locked, assured there were cctv cameras but she could not show us where they were located and apparently they had checked and they saw no one go into our room. Absolutely terrible

  Great location and interesting stay. The staff is lovely and it's fantastic value for money. Also recommended for families.
