Stayed for 2 weeks, overall excellent place to stay, very close to beach, jetty and restaurants at Palm Cove. Nice and quiet while we were there even though it was Easter and full. Only very small minor issues nothing that detracted from our stay.

Cannot praise the place highly enough I made a complete cock-up of the booking and booked the wrong days, but they guys were great and sorted us a fantastic room without any issue, the place is great too, modern decor and really good quality

Great for quiet, natural surroundings, private large luxury rooms. There are a number of holiday accommodation options along Palm Cove but they all are exposed to the noise of people, music and cars. Sanctuary Palm Cove is tucked away from all that while being just as close to all the great restaurants! The staff really looked after us coordinating a great weather day out on the Great Barrier Reef. It's amazing how this place is sheltered from the winds when they are rough just a few short strides away at the beach.

Sanctuary is a beautiful place. The gardens and the pond add such serenity to the place. However, as for the apartments, they are nice do not get me wrong, but I don't think they are five star in my opinion. Maybe four and half. One of the fans in my apartment was very noisy and you couldn't operate it for that reason. I found the lamp's to be dusty and some of the windows a bit dirty. And the tv is quite small. I just expected more from the place because of the five star rating. All in all though, a lovely place.
