We had a fantastic time on this cruise which was recommended to us by a nice lady from the Cairns Visitor Information Centre. Everything was spot on, plenty of food and the staff service was excellent. Except we found it hard to understand the English of the tour guide in the semi-submarine. And also the windows of the semi-submarine was blurry so it's bit hard to see the beauty of the coral reef. It probably needs some cleaning maintenance. Overall, it's all good!

Great day from start to finish! Boat was comfortable and had plenty of room. amenities were clean and plentiful. Crew were so helpful and happy, not only to customers but also to each other. Food was superb and activities were well organised. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Highly recommend Ocean Spirit To Michealmas Cay. Crew were very friendly and helpful, plenty of food and snorkeling was amazing. My partner and I were lucky enough to swim with two sea turtles while we were snorkeling. This day cruise was the highlight of our holiday.

Wow, what an amazing experience! All thanks to Ocean Spirit Cruises. Not only were the staff extremely accommodating, but they were all so lovely! A wonderful presentation from the Marine Biologist and amazing food cooked by the kitchen staff. I definitely recommend this line of cruise for everyone! Luxury and practicality all combined into one.

A fantastic day. Set sail at 8.30am for two hour voyage to Michaelmass Cay. Tea or coffee and a muffin to start the day. A talk from a marine expert about the reef and fish that are there next. Then arrive at the Cay you then have a number of choices snorkel visit the beach or go on the glass submerseable. Dinners is served and then more free time to what you want. 2.30pm tea or coffee and cakes and fresh fruit before the return journey. Just before arrival sparkling wine and cheese and biscuits. The staff are fantastic nothing is to much. Yes you will have lots of photos taken but there is no pressure to buy. I would recommend this trip!

In comparison to other providers, ocean spirit is simply not worth the money. For example, the cruise package from downunder cruise is not only cheaper but also more luxurious.
Put simply, if you want a true reef experience, go for downunder and avoid ocean spirit.response / report this review -

Fantastic Cruise. Exceeded expectations. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Submersible, snorkeling, diving and food selections all made the cruise perfect. Highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing day out with Ocean Spirit, the boat was very comfortable, well maintained and had plenty of space, staff clearly loved their work and were happy and gave great service and Michaelmas Cay was an amazing pristine destination. Azure water and great visibility, beautiful corals and snorkeling and the huge bommies of hard corals in the semi sub tour were spectacular and we'll explained in the commentary. I would highly recommended this reef cruise with Ocean Spirit.
