I give this agency 3*'s only for the fact there was no acknowledgement of email communications or follow through.

The staff are pleasant enough but with all the competition in this area, it felt as if they expected the business to just come to them.

I was ready to make a couple of bookings. On one, if I hadn't gone back to the agency itself they wouldn't have received my booking.

The other I just booked through another agency which had great follow through, even though the price was slightly higher.

I can only assume that the rest of the reviewers had the good fortune to speak to someone more helpful than I did. I found the gentleman I spoke to to be dismissive and rude. He seemed unwilling to go into any detail on any of the Kuranda tours and only gave a very brief summary of the cheapest tour They offered after presumably making the assumption that that was all I could afford. Book with someone else.

Looking for a reef trip with glass bottom boat and a semi submersible, it wasn't cheap but everything in Cairns is expensive. The staff were helpful they gave options to visit the marine world, with small passenger numbers which was a good experience. Locally owned I think that helps them with all the information on Cairns.

Great service, they know what there talking about! The sights themselves are amazing, even if the water's freezing it's still worth getting in, extremely happy with our trip.

I have stayed in Cairns many times and this was the first time my husband came along. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that every part of our trip was memorable. Good old fashion service!
