Great customer experiance, I received a detailed explanation of and issues that needed to be addressed prior to carrying out any work as this was requested. The courtesy vehicle picked me up and dropped me off to work but not before a grabbed myself a free coffee from the waiting lounge. I got a good deal on a fresh bunch of tyres and my servicing plus my car came back nice and clean.

Do a good job but don't expect to get your car back on the time requested. Its always "just being washed" and takes another 1/2 hour at least.

Also very slow on undertaking warranty work, item point out twice and told it was a warranty claim and would be done next service, oops no parts would have to order them in from Sydney will contact you or it will be done at next service. Still waiting.

Just bought our new Hyundai i30 from Rockingham Branch I could not praise them anymore as they were great from start to pick up our car our sales person Charl Nieuwenhuis was marvlous he wasn't pushy & very helpful in answering questions we asked & nothing was any touble to him we will be telling all our friends were to go.. thank you

My husband and I just brought our very first brand new car It was quite nerve wracking, but Charl treated us perfectly, he could see how big a purchase and decision this was for us, so he didn't push us, he gave us all the information we wanted, he was honest with us which we really appreciated. These people really value your custom.After a few minor repairs I was offered various discounts for future work including $50 off next service.Service manager Dale is terrific and even rolled up his sleeves to get my daughters electric windows working for no charge.I would trust these guys to quote honestly on work and know my custom will be rewarded.Good old-fashioned service.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and although we did not purchase a Hyundai (it was a very close call) I feel compelled to leave a review highlighting how fantastic the staff here are.

Dom was fantastic and a genuine person to deal with, he knew his products very well and was very in tune to what we as a customer wanted.

Unfortunately Rockingham Hyundai sold me a second hand car that not only broke down after the first drive back home, but was not even as described on the contract. I bought a AWD (as per the contract) but the car was a 2WD - I only discovered this after the car had broken down. But Rockingham Hyundai did immediately refund my money. Completely dishonest at worst or totally incompetent at best. AVOID!!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle, the sales man (Timothy) was very helpful and not pushy. And the Aftercare Consultant Kate McFee was fantastic- I she was genuine and very helpful. I had an issue regarding warranty and was concerned, but she rectified the situation like a true professional.
Would definitely buy there again.
