Never agree that your car will be picked up from you place by Ford mechanics. I have done it and now one site have scretches, because he drove the car not straight to the yard. The car was overnight some were. Damage over A$ 2,000. 30 km's can't be explained Mr Lane jr. and staff deny this but can't tell me where the car was. This is very bad management. Possible I have to take them to Court. They lost 1 customer

Had my car serviced here. $350 for 15000km service and wanted an extra $75 to change the air filter as it isnt apart of a service on a motsubishi triton. Absolute rip off

Dean Nicholson and the guys in service are brilliant. Dean is only ever too happy to assist whenever I contact him regarding my vehicle. Today I contacted him as my FG G6E has developed a knock in the engine. I brought it in, and they came out to inspect- they were so concerned about the sound (They were honest and said they have never seen it before in a FG) that they strongly suggested I leave the car with them- then to my surprise was given a loan car without question on the spot, and have allowed me to keep it over the long weekend and till they can identify the issue and arrange its repair.
Whats ironic is I actually work for a large franchise vehicle dealership in Melville, however I wont let anyone else but Dean and his team service/work on my car.
A Very, Very happy repeat customer right here :) Cheers again!!

Ford Focus gear box is concerning, cars should recalled , however gear is not working properly, stuck I could not reverse the car !!! I do not recommend anyone to buy FORD

I had Lane Ford repair my timing cover seal on my FG Falcon. Did a great job and were honest and upfront, and even cheaper than the other Ford dealership I had been going to for a few years. Will be getting regular services with these guys from now on.
