  Booked in my car for a service this morning and i have to say i was completely blown away by the level of service on ALL fronts.
  
  From the minute that i pullled up i was greeted in a friendly manner, was spoken to with an attentive and understanding tone from not just the service departments but also the spare parts and reception.
  
  All staff were accommodating and understanding as i am a very fussy owner and quite particular. Spares were able to find out specific information that i requested promptly and demonstrated impressive knowledge and personal experience.
  
  Being a mechanic by trade i appreciated the ability to be able to watch the mechanics work on my car and to make sure that i was happy - which i was. Even though my service was before its scheduled interval, i couldnt be happier with my experience from start to finish. I will be happily taking my car to them from now on.
  
  I was told by the staff that these guys won a prestigious award out of all of WA and it shows. Well done guys! Love your work and see you again soon!

  From the moment you step inside the welcome is fantastic. The ease of paperwork for my booking was extremely thorough. As i was getting an express service i waited in their customer lounge and was served a very nice coffee. I was also able to watch my vehicle serviced by video from the workshop. This was done very professionaly, thanks goes to the Technicians that worked on my vehicle. Once the service was finished i was notified and the check out was once again very friendly. Thanks to Mandurah Toyota.

  Bad customer service ... cunning n impatient salesmanship.... they try to make me put an iffer on a car without even a test drive!

  Friendly service and a courtesy pick-up when your car is in for a service, my only disappointment is that they don't wash the car when is in for a service like they used too.
