    would give zero stars!

After crappy and rude service over a cheap part I received this reply from the Drone at the company..Heres a lesson in customer relations

    Morning Iain,
Thank you for your email. Our 1st thought after reading your email, was to press the delete button as a time waster, but I thought why not answer you. I don’t expect you to admit that you are wrong, however why should MOTO TECH be brought into disrepute, because you are angry.

Firstly on the issue of ordering, our Parts Finders come from KTM Austria, and the number you see next to a part is what their technicians who I believe to be a lot smarter than you, suggest that you need, to complete the task, however you have the option to change it back to one, if that’s all you think you need. You clearly could not work that out.

The $5.00 charge to post it, is a generic amount the website site charges for ALL orders under $50, which you are advised of before going to checkout. Another option should you wish not to proceed, but you chose to go to checkout. Yes in your case maybe $5 was dearer than the stamps, but I actually paid staff to do the job, including the drive to the Post Office. Considering todays wages and petrol costs I think $5 was an absolute bargain.

The advertising material I guess in your case was an unwelcome addition, but for a lot of people buying on-line and in the outback, advertising is sometimes a welcome addition. You did not complain about any FREE stickers I usually include I do hope I forgot to put those in your parcel.

10 days delay, no excuses, our fault. If we had issues with KTM Australia, entirely our problem, was not blaming them just trying to explain our slowness and inefficiency in getting you order out to you.

I also totally agree there are some GREAT KTM dealers out there who do a far better job than us, and we would be more than happy if you could use one of them in the future. Please feel free to leave any bad feedback on our Facebook page also if that is going to make you feel better about your bad experience.

    Cheers Pat
    Administration Manager
