Friendly staff who were responsive to feedback, the building itself is elegantly functional, in a convenient location, but if you are wanting to book a room with a spa ensure that you call before booking as some are currently being updated and therefore the pumps are turned off, although they are still great for a bubble bath.

Laundry needed to be fixed when we got there. City noises can creep into the bedrooms at late hours. Nice apartments.

Nice sized rooms. Little bit worn but clean. TV and appliances are dated. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

Great location in the heart of Melbourne. Good price. Room was decent enough. Some trimmings around the place are looking a bit aged, that wood veneer wall is classic.

It's feels dilapidated. However it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the gym exceeded my expectations after seeing the room. I'd try somewhere else first, but if nothing was available I'd stay here again.

The stay was made so much better when the staff went out of their way to find us a room that was under "maintenance', (no Air/Con working) that we could use after we'd checked out to change, freshen-up etc after having several interviews during day and then not flying till 20:30. A room for all day and no extra charge. Wonderful..!!
