GOOD!
Staid here for about 3 months in total. Staff is well educated, location is great and facilities are good! Good place for business travellers + there is a clean electric BBQ at the pool side.

Great self contained apartments. Great for extended stays in the one location, but if you are expecting the room amenities that you would find in a hotel then probably best to look else where. Space wise the rooms are perfect for individuals or couples with plenty of space to stretch out after a long day, and cook up a simple meal in the kitchen.

If you have ever stayed in the Eastern States at quest this one does not compare, The rooms are small in comparison to Sydney the staff rude. Oh they speak politely but with the smurks and the rolls of the eyes if you have a problem, I needed a room with a shower not a bath for a disability and when I went up stairs I was there was a bath, Now how do I get someone in a wheel chair into a bath? When I complained I got the eye rolls and then the polite voice telling me that she told me they did not have a disability room and I explained what I said and she rolled the eyes again. The front door is not a automatic door and the staff do not like to move them self to hold the door open for the wheel chair. On booking in I was only staying for 2 nights and was told there was a $300.00 bond for the room on top of the the 242per night and 20 per night for a parking spot. No cold water or Ice in the fridge I was told * it is self contained do it yourself* from my experience there is always cold water and ice and cold glasses in the fridge. Not in this place. Over the eastern states there is a bar fridge so when you get in from a long flight you have tea coffee and even spirits if you want. This one you get 2 small thimbles of milk that make one cup and no water no ice. dvd players for hire and dvd's over east free for customers here just for the dvd's 7 per night. I was appalled at the treatment and the $300 they too can take 5 days to come back. I will never go back and they should not be operating under the QUEST NAME its not quest!!
