Was prepared for a little snobbery but the service was very friendly and polite. Ordered some chips 👌 delicious. Room was smaller than I thought but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Great location and 24/7 reception. Definitely coming back

I could list all the bad things but its quicker to list the good. Which was location. Nothing else good to say. Definitely not 4 star. Will not be staying there again.

My first stay here was excellent. Room was very clean and maintained. The next visit not so good. Room was not as clean as it could have been and maintenance was lacking.

What a dump! I checked in, got to the room, put a towel over the chair so I could safely sit down without catching a disease, booked another hotel and moved out (all while holding my breath). Seriously, it's 2017. I'd rate it -1 million if I could.
Oh, the receptionist was horrible too, but I guess she is too busy trying not to kill herself because she has to work in this disgusting hole. Maybe she needs the money for her ice addiction?response / report this review -

Spartan and rather tired. Needs a refresh. King size room with no where to hang a hand towel around the wash basin. Feel this accommodation is not meant for locals yet we paid more via Qantas booking than we would had via other online options.

The bed was terrible. My wife and I were in Perth for 2 nights to attend a wedding, all we needed from our accommodation was somewhere to sleep with a decent bed so we booked a room with a king bed, unfortunately it was the worst bed I've ever slept on. The springs were completely gone, I might as well have slept on the floor. Days later and I've still got a sore neck and back.

Very convenient position Room was good. Check in &out easy. Did have to ask for bath mat &hand towel to be provided.

Large room that was clean. Its a dated hotel but at the time all I wanted was a place to sleep. The walls are thin so expect to hear people in the next room. At times the wafting smell of smoke would come through the bathroom (even though I was on a non-smoking floor)

The good: Convenient CBD location at a fair price. Comfortable, clean bed.
The bad: bedroom decor is tired & worn. The bathroom was clean but shabby and dingy. The staff were indifferent. No mini-bar in room; not even a bottle of water. Coffee not available in main bar, and staff could not advise where I could get one! I would not class this as a 4* hotel.
Summary: If you are on a budget and want to be in the City centre, it's adequate for the money.response / report this review -

Nice rooms, good location and has a pool. But what they charge you for parking is extortion. Hotel bar is alright but not somewhere you would stay for long.
