The hotel room was very nice and very accommodating. The staff at Holiday Inn were all very professional and welcoming. The bathrooms had everything we needed and a large showering area.

Would definitely recommend this place to stay. Central to everything.awesome super comfy beds.But it was the staff that made my stay enjoyable, everyone from reception (especially Matt) to the restaurant staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Good on you guys!

Location is perfect - near shops, Convention Centre, 2 Rail Stations and there is a free bus service right out the front. It is easily found as it is right next door to the Apple Store.

Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. The back part of the hotel is also quiet.

Location is good with lots of food options around it. Have supermarket and main shopping street within walking distance from hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Perth in the future

quite new inside. well maintained. clean rooms. Staff are very friendly.
i do now however reccomend the restaurant next door even if you are a member.. very small and expensive meals.

The location is central to the Perth cbd. The hotel is always clean and neat. The staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable and reach room is freshly fitted with modern tech. I really line staying here and do so often.

Stayed 2 nights everything was great except cot supplied for my baby had not much of a mattress. But was luckily we had 2 double beds so baby just slept with us.

My partner and I visited Ivy and Jack last week, it was a busy evening and they only had two staff on. One making drinks and one waiter. This was nowhere near enough staff to give us the service we pay for. This is the second time we have visited and they have not had enough staff on, very disappointed.

Will not be visiting again which is a shame as the food was actually quite good.
