Very friendly staff and a warm welcome from the desk when checking in. Lovely clean rooms with very comfy beds.
Loved the convenience of being able to walk to entertainment venue and shopping outlet store.
Yummy breakfast included in the cost of the room.

Over-priced for the room size and fit out. This "Superior" room had no bath and a tiny, cramped kitchenette and shower/toilet. The "king size" bed was two singles pushed together. Also the steam iron provided randomly dribbled hot water over our clothes while we tried to iron them.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Great hotel for the business traveller. Reasonable rates. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Modern, clean, well appointed rooms. Decent internet. Walk to everything in the CBD. A solid 4 star hotel. Very consistent and reliable every time I stay.

We stayed here last month for a conference for 4 nights. We had an issue with another guest following us to our room and slipping a note under our door which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We contacted the night manager who came straight up and assured us he would follow it up and do regular checks on the floor. The following morning the front office manager Kerry spoke to us and offered to move us but assured us the guest had checked out. We then got home that evening to find a hand written note and a bottle of wine. We were so impressed and grateful with their care, attention and understanding. Could not have been more impressed! Its those personal things that make a difference when in a foreign city.

A nice hotel. Was great being upgraded to the top floor upon arrival. A number of nice restaurants close by. One down side however which is rather common with hotel rooms is the noise from other guests coming through the walls. Otjer than that, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size.

Fantastic hotel! Reasonably priced, but the rooms are modern and spacious. Plenty of POWERPOINTS conveniently located around the room - a pain point in so many hotels! Modern, clean bathrooms with not even a sign of age or mould. Perfect beds and pillows ensure a great sleep

Great location, fringe of CBD and near freeway entrance. Room is updated, clean and comfortable. Lots of power points for your charger. Alarm clock bluetooth speaker with usb charger port for your phone. Decent gym onsite. Friendly staff and comfy bed.

Rooms are great. Really like that power points are plentiful and hidden in hard to get at locations. Breakfast was only just ok. How can bacon be cooked badly, it was as hard as beef jerky.

I have just read through the comments regarding Four Points Sheraton Perth and was pleased to read that you are aware of the only fault I found with our room last week and that you are in the process of rectifying the problem.

I am referring to the lack of an adequate privacy door to the toilet/shower area. We were horrified and it meant that when one of us wanted to use the toilet, the other had to go outside the room and wait. Most unsatisfactory.

Otherwise, clean and nicely appointed; friendly staff; hotel situated across the road from the Arena which was the sole reason for our trip to Perth.

I would stay there againwhen you replace the door!!!!! (I would have given you 5 stars if it hadn't been for the door)

What a hotel. Smack bang across from Perth exhibition and game centre. The hotel is well appointed. The room has a large double bed which is very comfy. The room has kettle and hot drink making facilities. There is also a fridge to keep your water cold. When ever you go into the outside take water with you. The tap water is safe to drink. The hotel provides all the meals you can eat. The staff are very helpful. All the CAT buses are either outside the hotel or a couple of minutes walk. The CAT buses are FREE and get you around Perth.
