Stayed in the deluxe suite - renovated, luxurious and comfortable. Event rooms very stylish and many to choose from. Excellent meals at Adelphi Grill. Awesome staff!

Central location. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Concierge was so helpful we had bikes and they were more than happy to help store them. Pool was so refreshing, pool area was tidy with fresh towels and cold water. Rooms clean and housekeeping staff were so friendly. All staff were very friendly and easily approachable.

Comfortable beds. Breakfast quite poor; pay extra for anything other than instant-coffee. That is not worthy of 5 stars or the name Hilton.

Wonderful time there where the beds were king sized and room was lovely and clean with everything you need. The event that I attended was stunning and food amazing. An awesome time was had.

Visited for a wedding and stayed the night. The function rooms are spacious and well laid out. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen

The hotel has very nice rooms. Parking is via 24 hr valet. For longer stays you can get your laundry done with Lava Laundry who does pick up and delivery at the hotel. Walking distance to many food courts and side street optionsthe CBD is close by as well.

Service was very good other than a couple of minor hiccups not worth mentioning. Room was quite good although a little dated. As a result some of the fixtures didn't work as intended. Everyrhing else was clean and well maintained. Our keys ended up not working after the first night so had to get them fixed up but it was done very quickly so that was good. Overall a very pleasant experience and a special mention to the staff on the front desk and bar who were a delight

The location is good and staff are friendly. As others have mentioned, the decor is very dated. Sadly, I had the worst sleep due to feeling every movement made in the bed. If someone sat on the end of the bed, it squeaked terribly(had to wonder what the neighbours thought!).
The bathroom is tiny. It's almost impossible to fit two people in it.
Overall, i would suggest this hotel as a budget place to stay in alone but definietly not for a romantic weekend.

Booked king size room, yet to take advantage of the gym and pool. Breakfast was very satisfying with above average selection. No issues encountered and staff are working hard to make sure I feel taken care of. Lot of effort seems to be put into remembering our names when serving us.

Attending a work function at the Kerri room. Facilities are fantastic. The food was good quality and on time. The lolly bar was AMAZING! Service during the breaks was prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Attended a professional networking event in a function room. The room itself was a good size and clean, the food was tasty without being too greasy and the staff were quite friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Was at the Parmelia for a professional event. There was a lack of signage in the main lobby making it a little difficult to determine where the function was being held. The venue itself was fine, staff were courteous and undertook their tasks professionally.

I booked the "Weekender" deal for valentines. (A little extra than bed and breakfast but with late checkout 2pm, or so it says) Instead of a late check out I received a phone call asking why I hadn't checked out at normal time and they argued that it would cost me extra to stay any longer, so we packed up and left.So my warning is don't expect the late check out. Don't pay the extra. Not a good experience at all. No refund (of the difference from normal checkout deal) was given, but they offered points when I complained. I don't appreciate virtual points that are next to useless. Not visiting again. NB: Air conditioner is very noisy too.

A great room in a great position within Perth! It's close to the Downtown areas and also close to the river and sites it has to offer. Nice pool and restaurant attached.
