A good quality business hotel. Rooms are a good size. Bathrooms are dated but functional and clean. All in all not the faniciest place but good for business trips.
Three nights at $170 per night + $30 for parking we paid, from the time we booked into the room was short of items( milk, coffee pods, tea and towels)we had to chase up. Unsatisfied with the servicing of our room, bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, the bed was roughly made up and items were not added after room service ( towels, coffee, tea and milk and soap were not added. We had to ask for things everytime we returned back from a day out. The staff downstairs apologized and the cleaning ladies ( we spoke to) couldn't speak a lot of English. Won't be staying there again or recommending this hotel to any of our friends. The manager of the servicing area is responsible for this not the cleaners. Wish I had something positive to say, sadly!!!
Very clean and spacious room. Super friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Decided to dine in at the hotel restaurant on our final night. Ordered 2 lemon lime and bitters which weren't very nice. We queried it and were told they had run out of
Lemonade. Waited over an hour for our meals. When they did come it was the worst caprese salad ever. I couldnt eat it. Bad enough having to wait so long! Would still use the hotel though.
Not a good experience. .1. carpark to low for standard 4x4 resulting in exorbitant parking costs elsewhere. 2. Pass key faulty wouldn't open door. 3. $30 for movie hire. 4.cafe and bar closed 9pm. 5. Ordered fried eggs sunny side up..got this mess as per photo.
We've stayed at some very expensive hotels around the world. Places that pride themselves on their service. This wonderfully unassuming hotel easily equals any hotel we have stayed at - regardless of price - when it comes to service. Honestly can't fault the friendly, no request is too hard manner of the staff here. This can't be understated when traveling with an infant and it really made the difference for us. Special thanks to James who helped us move rooms which really was the extra distance that made us go 'this place is awesome'. We will be back next time we visit Perth!
A good quality business hotel. Rooms are a good size. Bathrooms are dates but functional and clean. All in all not the faniciest place but good for business trips.
Friendly staff and well appointed room with separate bath tub and shower. You don't often find full size baths in places like this any more. Carpet in the hallway let's the image of the venue down.
Was there for a business function. Lunch provided by the facility was average. Morning and afternoon tea were great however. Did nothing to stand out and impress for holding future business events.
Service is great. Nice and close to Perth restaurants and bars. Breakfast is also great with lots to chose from and is in a nice, trendy, cozy section of the hotel. Deluxe rooms are a good size.
We stay 2 nights in the 226 room, absolutely not happy. Room was not clean. Behind the bed table, the carpet was all dirty and the bathroom with not fan and the selling not in good condition.
Be staff are mice and polite. Very clean. Function room was nice and cozy. The food was ok, nothing standout, but that could just be because we bought the cheaper stuff
Our experience in the room was excellent. Staff was discreet
Nice and clean, very good location and friendly staff
No parking have to park on the street or at Wilson's use another hotel because you can add the cost of parking to your stay
Maintenance very poor standard stains on mattress curtains and walls. Shower is disgusting needs a couple of bottles of bleach and a good scrub. remove ALL silicone on shower base it traps mould.as seen in pix.
Friend was drunk. Went to get water for her. Overnight manager was understanding and provided great service
