It was very cold in Ballarat and the aircon was unreliable. Suites do not have aircon in bedroom

Great Hotel Rooms in Ballarat large comfortable rooms. Beds are comfortable TV' in bedroom and lounge area and little kitchen very handy if staying for a few days. Staff is very friendly and prices are fair for rooms. Lovely Stay great town nice people.
