  decor stunning that's about it
  I asked for an email address to offer private feedback and didn't get one so here goes.
  Poor communication
  Hair found in bathtub
  spa jets did not work properly
  advertised log fire is a gas fire
  fridge internally dirty
  bed sheets were not to size for the king size beg, making creases between the single or queen sheets in the middle.
  dirty stained doona/duvet with no cover, and the sheet between us and the doona was also undersize.
  a used tissue found under the bed from previous stays
  external kitchen cupboard with food splash on them.
  Advertised as a kitchen, THERE IS NO OVEN, which I had brought food to cook a beautiful dinner for myself and my husband for our first anniversary.
  Mid winter stay we did not arrive until 3pm and the place was freezing. at over $200 per night.
  This was the first time my husband and I had been away since he broke his back a few months ago. this has been an unfortunate experience and I recommend staying elsewhere hoping you will find better value for money and peace of mind with property and service.
  
  25 minutes after leaving I contacted the owner in regards to me brand new charger left behind. got a message saying it was found and would post it out. I offered to pay postage, they posted out someone elses charger , which would not have been found in our villa, and then weeks later told me bad luck and that I shouldn't have left it.
  In my opinion, its sloppy and be careful of the cleaning theives or the owner of the property.
  
  I leave the review as a warning that the value for staying in at this place is proceed with caution!!
