Attended an event at Quality Hotel Tabcorp Park. Facilities were clean, modern and inviting. Would recommend for functions.

There are stairs out the front and a ramp if you're not good at stairing, which mum says is rude anyway. You can go inside if you want and they have food n drinks to have. There are pokies machines and a heap of tiny houses that you can borrow if you don't have one. When you go outside through a different door there is an Amish speedway track, where people race other people in wheelchairs. The weird part is that they each have to push horses on their wheelchairs which I thought was hysterical and couldn't stop laughing. So if you want to have a great time then pack your laughing socks because your gunna be in for a real treat.

Great bistro. Service and meals very nice. Kids welcome. Good atmosphere. Haven't seen the races here yet or stayed in a room but I would love to give it a go one day, which means its a nice place and would recommend.

Great venue and activities. Had a really good night out. Menu had good selections, food was good but basic. For example ribs that I had only came with chips. Kids playroom was basic fut functional.

Stayed here twice when my daughter was doing work experience at the closeby Dingo Discovery Centre.

This place is heaven on earth!

The hotel accommodation is spectacular, the rooms huge, modern, clean and well-appointed with a massive bathroom with the most up-to-date fittings. There were free laundry facilities including powder. The first time we stayed a light continental breakfast was included but you could order hot for extra if you wanted. The second they had revised the policy and you had to pay a small fee for continental, but the value overall was outstanding. I seriously don't recall paying any more than for regular motel accommodation elsewhere on the trip.

It is very quiet during the week, but fills up a little on the weekends, especially harness racing night. We stayed on the side overlooking the car park both times and were never bothered by noise, even during these peak periods.

And there is all of the convenience of the restaurants and 24 hour facilities of the Tabcorp.

Thinking about it, I want to be there right now!!!

Horrendous customer experience. Had a booking for 23 people for my mums birthday. I wasn’t told upon booking that there was a $1 cake charge per person. Everyone at this lunch combined spent well over $1000 on food and drinks.

Barring that, went to order food and waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter walked past us numerous times worrying about the food the chefs were making. When we were finally served, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and disinterested in serving us.

We booked the lunch for one table and again wasn’t informed that this wasn’t possible and we had to have two separate tables, causing a divide between guests.

Would not come here again if you paid me. What a disgrace.

Had Xmas lunch with family and it was well above expectation! The buffet was amazing; fresh, quality & a great selection. The table setting & environment were perfect. My daughter loves the playground/ball pit setup. The finishing touch.. A musician playing Xmas tunes on a harp. Well done to the team at Tabcorp. Thank you.

This place is quiet frankly not very accomodating. We had accommodation booked for over six months and when we arrived they advise us that because we don't have a credit card (even though we had cash and a visa debit card) they will not allow us to stay here. We have travelled here from Brisbane for a wedding that is in the function room at Tabcorp Park itself and now we've had to find accommodation elsewhere at the last minute. If I could rate this a zero I would, but the least I could give was a one. Plus the staff were very rude and not understanding of our situation at all. Can't believe how rudely we have been treated all because we don't hold a credit card. Too bad we choose to pay for things with real money and not fake money. How very rude!! I've never been treated so badly from a hotel/function place ever!!
