Service and food was impeccable. I will say though that they unfortunately did not have any Heineken in stock.

Clean & comfortable what you would expect from a motor inn the restaurant looked good with a pretty good selection but we didn't eat there.

Decent size and clean rooms. Service at the front desk was excellent. Can be a bit noisey as room facing main road but overall ok.

Stayed there because I was attending an event at nearby Ballarat Hebrew Congregation. It's approximately two blocks away. The room was neat and clean with an optional single bed for another person. You have to be prepared to climb stairs. If there's a lift, I didn't see it. Their tariff is competitive.

Cleanliness was not high on the list. Nail clippings found on floor. When getting the bath ready for my daughter it was dusty and grimmey. Carpet not vaccumed. No attention to detail. Not even a bowl or plate to eat off. When saying this to reception, especially about the disgusting nail clippings was told " thanks for bringing it to our attention" no offer of even cleaning it. Would not recommend.

Good food for special event attended. Popular choices on menu. Portions nice and generous, even kids menu.

I stayed here twice this week and loved it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are big and clean. Had dinner twice and it was delicious!

Nice food and ambience. Staff could be a little more understanding to school children.

The spa room was directly positioned next to a busy intersection. It was so noisy, we got no sleep. Trucks, buses and hoons revving past all night. The hot water pipes made a terrible loud noise when turned on & they might as well just hang a sheet between rooms as we could hear every word next door was saying. We were so tired the next day looking around Ballarat. The experience there was horrible.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Mediocre hotel but good and friendly staff. They came to clean the room but just emptied the bins, didn't changed towels, replenished shampoos, or mopped the floor. Fruit juices in the bar fridge were expired by 20 days. It was a bit of a disappointment, but good location, close to CBD. Good only for short stays.
