Nice quiet place to stay. Wifi can get very slow in the evenings. Something to keep in mind if you need an internet connection to do work, otherwise I'd recommend using a mobile connection.

Tom's with adjoining doors have to much noise transfer. Suites are well appointed, but configs vary so in some you cannot see the tv from the bedroom/bed. Some ambient noise from the road but not an issue unless a very light sleeper. Professional staff. Great baths

Best for short stay, close to all main attractions. Rooms are huge, clean an accessible for disable people. Will come back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The deep soaking spa bath was wonderful. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. The microwave was an added bonus which we used to reheat some leftovers. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great modern suites. Room was very clean and well kept. Across the road from Sovereign Hill and a short drive to the centre of town. Check-in was quick and smooth.

Excellent. Room was amazing. Arrived after 7 and reception was very friendly. Same in the morning when we left. A very clean and friendly place to stay. We will be back.

Great location, literally across the road from the world famous Sovereign Hill. Well priced. Rooms are spacious, modern and well furnished. We had a minor hiccup with our room booking and the staff fixed it almost instantly and were very apologetic and accommodating.

A surprisingly great place to stay. Luxurious in space and size. Appears to have been recently renovated (particularly the bathroom) and they've done a great job of it! Some rooms might be noisy (near main road) but didn't notice it in mine.

Great service and helpful staff. Beautifully appointed rooms with modern fittings and layout. 42 inch TV with Foxtel and high speed internet was sensational.Modern bathroom with twin sinks and rainfall shower head.King size bed very comfortable and lovely choice of pillows and manchester

We stayed for 2 nights. Service at reception was welcoming and quick.our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than any we have seen even in 5 star hotels well laid out and spotless. Reception told us the suites were more than 5 years old. We thought that they must have been new. Checkout was quick and trouble free. We would stay at these suites if we were again visiting Ballarat.

This was our first stay with Ballarat Suites and I can't say enough that it provided excellent accommodation. Rooms were spotless, the spa was clean and sparkling. The hosts of this accommodation were so friendly and welcoming. It was like being at home. I would recommend this to everyone considering going to Ballarat as their first choice pick to stay overnight. I will definitely be going back.
