Staff were very helpful.
Place was clean and nice n quiet.
I rate them down as i booked a queen bed, but in what seems to be an ever growing trend, my queen bed was two conjoined singles. Front desk apologised and upgraded me.
Hotels need to stop kidfing themselves that two single mattresses side by side with a gap in the middle, constitutes as a queen.response / report this review -

nice room. lovely view. only negative thing was had girl at counter roll her eyes when talking to supervisor about me paying for extra night after choosing to extend stay.

Close to Geelong station (about 1.1km) and to the esplanade. Very close to car rental places also, for those starting their great Ocean road trip from here. Motel was neat and tidy, with clean bathroom and bed. Overall good value.

We had a terrible room, if you get room 70 please give your key back and get a refund.
Not worth the top money you pay.
There were no room service menu's in apartment, the draws to the desk kept sliding open, we had to prop it closed with a chair, the toilet got blocked. The fold out couch which my son slept on left wire marks in his skin the mattress was so thin. There was no lamp in lounge area only bright bright ceiling lights which making watching tv a painful experience.
My sisters family had another 2 room apartment which cost $40 dollars more and it was plush. Our room should have cost half half what we paid
No value across the board. Rip off would never stay again. Would love a refund
We were so bitterly disappointed with our stay after we had a great day at the theme park.response / report this review -

Nice rooms, payed for 'superior' rooms but they didn't seem too 'superior' (kinda small). Hotel staff were nice/friendly/helpful. Totally recommend though if you're looking for accomodation!
