Although the staff were friendly on arrival I cannot see how this Motel can call themselves International! The place is very run down and more like a re-development site awaiting! The room was clean but everything outdated. Our stay was a Sunday night and the restaurant wasn't open so we had to seek out alternatives. Not the greatest value for money, but where our room was it was quiet considering it's on a main road.

The location is greatfew minutes walk from the beach as well as the train station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed and more. Free wifi etc.

We had a family room, which was of reasonable size. Room was a little old, but in good condition. There were ants in the room. Breakfast had a wide variety of warm foods, but cereals selection was fairly basic. Reception staff was very friendly.

Location is not bad walking easy distance from shops. Rooms very dated but clean. Overall outside appearance of the hotel leaves a bit to be desired though with nesting birds around external stairways and faded old signage etc. Restaurant offered a small buffet breakfast which while not a big range was sufficient for me and hot foods cooked well. Check in check out pretty easy, pain free and friendly.

Stayed for work and I didn't book. They give it a good try but the whole place needs a refit. A/C was broken in winter too!

Location suited usstaff great.room was clean and facilities great..free wifi an advantage..this was our second stay and will do so next time we are visiting the Mornington peninsulano complaints whatsoever.

Staff were inattentive until i got visibly upset. Only then we're they prepared to make a vegetarian meal rather than just meat.

Everything was ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Place is a little old and the paint does not always hide the age well. Local area was entertaining. Walk to the shopping centre and saw a heated domestic dispute, an arrest and someone needing medical attention. These were 3 separate incidents.

We loved the quality of the room and staff here. The upgraded amenities and room are top grade. I have stayed in some good hotels in the last 12 months around Australia and this ranks amongst the top. The staff are very nice, approachable and accomodating. We want to go back asap
