We recently used this service and were happy from start to finish. Our staff often need accomodation and we arrange this Australia wide. Riverside Ocean Grove - Polite and friendly management, efficient booking in service, receipts promptly emailed, our staff absolutely happy with the room and property and plenty of room to safely park our trucks (not seen from the road) Very happy and I would recommend this place to friends and associates. Michael has recently taken over and my staff advised me that he delivered a 5 star service - well done! We will be back

Service was great, my coeliac girlfriend was well catered for, as was my 2 year old nephew. The medium-well steak came out very under cooked but the rest were perfectly cooked and all of the food was delicious.

I book Riverside motel regularly for my elderly parents. The owners are terrific and very helpful and cant do enough for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the motel. We will continue to book it. Thank you riverside!!!

The place is nice and the facilities are fine. They are not great, but they should satisfy most people. My extremely negative review is not directed to the place itself, but to the person who is in charge. He is the rudest, most obnoxious entertainer I have ever seen in charge of a hotel. I once asked him for a receipt and he kept eluding me, as if I am asking him for a kind of favor. It is ridiculous seeing it only takes 1 min to print one off the computer. He even yelled at me and asked me out of the place claiming it was not business hours. Well I did come to you in business hours and you told me come later so it's your fault. I will never pay him a cent again, and I encourage you to do the same till he starts to understand how to treat guests

Good accommodation, however if you have one of the rooms surrounding the pool, (which are really only suitable for couples), be prepared to be woken early by screaming kids!
