Place is very beautiful with BBQ n pool facilities. Beach is few minutes walk. The place is also minutes away from public transportation, so no worries if you don't have own vehicle. Recommended

This is not a resort but is a great up market motel. Facilities and location are great. Nice restaurant and pool on site. Rooms are smart, air conditioning and well appointed.
Two minutes walk from the beach and shops and restaurants of blairgowrie.
Only down side is the room walls are thin and you can hear people talking next door.

I absolutely love this resort ! This is a popular resort not only for locals, but also interstate and city side travelers as well.

The owners are so warm and welcoming, and there are a range of suites and rooms to suit every traveler, is very popular with families in the summer season as the foreshore is right across the road, there is a pool and restaurant on site and the rooms are cleaned every day.

When I stayed here, I had a bottle of wine waiting in the room, and the suites have all been recently renovated, i have stayed there before and after this and it's always been a fantastic experience.

Also only a 5 minute drive to the posh playground that is Sorrento where there is shopping and dining options, and also 5 mins to left is Rye, where in the summer season's has it's famous yearly Carnival which is entertaining for the family.

Has everything for everyone, next time you come to the Peninsula and want a 5 star experience, come to the Boathouse Resort.

The room was well appointed and cleaner than most, however the walls are so thin that we could hear conversations going on outside clearly and movement in the rooms next door and below us. The bed was also the most u comfortable I have ever slept in. It felt like lumpy cardboard layered over concrete. If the accomodation had been cheap then fine, you get what you pay for, but it was not and we definitely didn't get our moneys worth!

Newly renovated! We had the spa room. It was roomy and well equipped. The bed was not the best but that always comes down to personal preference.

Great Hospitality!. Very helpful, drove us into town, explained points of interest on the way - Told us about the restaurants and other things to do in the area. Room was lovely and clean - couldn't have asked for more. Well done.
