Up and down experiences but they helped our little family because we had a great vet. Recently moved out of Sydney so no longer will go there. The male veterinarian there (Asian male) he was just amazing with our dog. Recommend him!

Have been taking my dog here for the last 3 years. Sometimes there may be a bit of a wait, but the service from the vets is excellent. I trust Quakers Hill Veterinary Hospital to care for my dog and will keep coming here!

Staff very friendly, and knowledgable. Priced reasonably too. I drive 35mins each way because the service and prices are better than my local.

Used to be 5 star rating.
Have been to this same vet for the last 16 years.

Very sad day when we heard the original practice owner , Blair, passed away.

Ten months ago took my mate of 14 years to be put down. A very sad day. The staff were excellent and very caring.

Got a new puppy before he went. And then of course after much hassling from wife and son he had to have a girl friend.

Took the puppy to QHVH today with his girlfriend, to confirm she is pregnant.

Worst service I have ever received. Never been spoken to in such a condisending way by the reception staff before and after the consult. During and after the ultrasound the vet was very evasive when asked questions.

Seemed to not know or care to want to provide more information than the basics.

Not happy, really hope next visit will be different or it will be time to find a new vet. Maybe one closer to home.

18/6/2017. Much better service from all staff. 3 little puppies growing in their mummies tummy. All our questions however silly answered with respect and thoughtfulness.

If you are looking for a vet hospital that is extremely competitively priced, please consider my recommendation and try Quakers Hill Vet. We had our 6yo cavoodle in to have some dental surgery, and the quote from two Kellyville vets was for $900+. QH Vet charged only $525, which included the regular dental checkup, clean and polish and anaesthetic of $295 (elsewhere you're looking at $400+ just for cleaning), fluids during the procedure, extractions and medication to take home, and followup care. The staff were lovely. While it's a bit further to go for us, as my neighbour said, it wouldn't even cost a tank of petrol for the six trips out there. So happy with the service we received there.

My dog has been going to this vet since she was born - she even had puppy preschool there, over 10 years ago. Although i have had hit and miss with some staff there (mainly hit thankfully), i must say that Michael Sames is the best vet i have ever dealt with.
Their compassion and understanding when we faced the heartbreaking decision to have our dog put to sleep recently was also much appreciated.
Ps they appear to be quite inconsistent when it comes to emails. Best to call them.

I have found them early in the initial visits to be very caring, but now since our last few visits, I have found the reception staff to be rude, needing personality checks and customer service training.
I have also found the nursing staff to uncaring of our dogs.
Every time we bring our dogs there, we are made to feel unwanted and you can tell by how you are ignored and spoken to that our dogs aren't wanted there . I was asked a few times to keep my dogs outside because they were scared and panicking. I wasn't allowed to go with the dogs on our last visit into the consulting room for their nails to be clipped, and when I asked why, I was just told that the nurse won't be long.
I have found them to be extremely cold and uncaring both to the animals and the owners

This would be classed as. One of the top 5 vets in Sydney. I have been going there for over 20 years they are the most caring and understanding vets i have been to and all of the staff are wonderful, if you want you new family member to be looked after properly.
