The rooms were nice and staff were friendly. Pressure of the water in the shower was pitiful. Bazaar was excellent. The food was all 5 stars.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Family friendly. Had an issue with our rental car and staff were very helpful in sorting it out - Kieran especially. Decent value and would definitely stay again

Couldn't hope for a better holiday. 5 nights in one br suite, quiet n clean. Staff and amenities amazing n well. Thank u Arthur in Estilo bar for making our time at QT extra special. Already planning our next visit next year!

Had a excellent stay. The staff were super helpful if we had questions. They even shifted us rooms when ours had a problem after midnight. Awesome pools, spa and great fitness room. I think prices at restaraunt are too high considering we paid over 200 for our room. We would've liked to had dinner there once.

A really cool resort to relax and unwind at. Staff were great, and very helpful. Delicious food and cocktails. Love the pool bar! Had a terrific stay but it wasn't long enough. Definitely will return.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even remembering who we are when we come back at the end of the day. The grounds are beautiful and there's a very nice looking pool area (which we haven't used, so can't comment further on that). The breakfast buffet is better than any "continental" breakfast, but not nearly as good as we've had at other hotels. Also, nothing at the buffet is labeled, making it difficult to identify some dishes. Non-breakfast food prices are definitely "resort" pricing, but the options in town are equally pricey. Our room seems a bit well worn, but clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.). Overall, would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, very family friendly, and the pool is unreal. The staff in particular were extremely good. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for all in the pool & awesome poolside music. Pool bar🍹, separate bar, dining options. Modern upscale accommodation reasonably priced👍

Good service. Great pool. Excellent base to explore Port Douglas, Mossman and even the Daintree from. Came in the off season however so Spa Q and Bazaar (dinner) were not available. Nevertheless had a fantastic time

If I could rate this 10 stars I would. I can not fault this resort in any way. Great service, friendly staff, perfect food, very clean rooms and awesome amenity's . Highly reccomend . Best resort in port Douglas

Nice place to stay. Comfortable, neat and tidy. The service is good and the pool is great. Some parts of the resort are starting to show their age but it certainly doesn't detract from the overall experience.
