  Great location in the business center, 5 minutes walk to the four miles beach.
  Nice modern room with flat tv + Netflix and reasonably working free WiFi.
  Nice pool with BBQ area.
  Friendly staff.
  Free parking in the hotel garage.
  Be aware that the upstairs rooms with no lift and there is no daily cleaning services.
  Great value for money.
  Highly recommended for this price level!!!

  Small clean cosy studio in the heart of town. Quiet rooms. Great pool and bbq facilities. Friendly staff who take pride in what they do. Great price!

  Lovely small hotel, beautifully modern furnished, Patrick is always friendly and knows the area, ask him for advice for day trips. The pool is heated :-) and you're in the heart of Port Douglas. Stayed there twice now and will always come back!!!

  Absolutely disgusting!! Would not recommend it to anyone. This tiny room that smelt. Some of their rooms looked nice but we got the most disgusting one of all. I think we deserve most of our money back! Revolting!

  We stayed here for two weeks. The facilities are simple yet appropriate. Not like you would get at a resort, but it is quiet yet right in the middle of town. Walking distance to all the best eating places. There is a Coles supermarket right across the road.
  
  Patrick is the manager and an excellent host. He was always there when you needed him and not when you didn't. Very friendly and never let us down on any of our requests.
  
  One caveat is that it is not necesarily convenient for older people with mobility issues. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator (that I saw).
  
  When we go back to Port Douglas (an outstanding place for a holiday), we will be contacting Patrick first to see when he can fit us in.
