Hotel is located centrally, has a parking garage (keeps the car cool) and a nice pool and BBQ area. Rooms are clean and equipped with a small kitchen corner. Clean washing machines are available. Staff is very friendly and helped with confirming our tour. Balcony was a little bit too small. You get extra towels for your tour - very much appreciated!

Beautiful hotel, was not disappointed by anything, lush greenery, beautiful swimming pool, very peaceful and relaxing. Close to pleanty of great food & bar places as well as activities during the day. Front counter staff very helpful& lady of front desk a real gem, lots of tips and good advice. Spotlessly Clean and spacious.

My wife and I have stayed at Meridian at least 5 times, maybe more. We love it because it's close to everything and literally a short stroll to Macrossan St or Four Mile. The pool is beautiful with the added bonus of having no kids. Rooms are meticulously clean with a modern vibe. Highly recommended and some of the best value accommodation in Port Douglas.

This hotel was exactly the way my wife and I wanted to start our honeymoon! Our room's balcony connected to the pool, really cool! Sue, the front desk manager was a pleasure to talk to everyday. She had plenty of answers and was more than helpful. Coming back here again!!!

We arrived at the Meridian in a panic as our booked accommodation had fallen through. The owner and staff were sympathetic to our plight and managed to find us accommodation, even though it was at some inconvenience to them. We will forever be grateful to them for saving our vacation and enabling us to stay at their beautiful hotel. Special thanks go to the wonderful lady on the front desk who helped to make us feel special. As we came from USA, we may not be back in Port Douglas again but will always remember their kindness, and their superior accommodation.

We had such an incredible stay. Our flat was roomy and immaculately clean. The pool access from the room's patik is hard to beat. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon. I can't wait to go back!

Nice place to stay, ground level rooms have decks with direct pool access. Located close to the Marina and main street of shops and restaurants.

Our honeymoon in port douglas was especially appreciated when we stayed at the meridian. John was very kind and his suggestions for dinner restaurants were outstanding, the walk to the beach and the cycling there too on the sand and the great barrier reef trip made it for us.
