Excellent resort with a beautiful pool, great tasting food and a laid back atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and helpful and provided great service. In terms of the rooms, there was plenty of space and the interior was clean and relatively well kept, which coupled with comfortable beds and 3 1080p TV's made for a great experience.

My husband and I recently got married here on the 2/9/2017. As soon as we arrived we felt so so special and were treated like royalty from all staff. The photos on the website still do not do this place justice.. it is even more STUNNING
I cannot fault anything. Housekeeping were great, each and every member of the bar staff and restaurant staff were great.
A few comments that were made at our wedding:

The stay was generally pleasant, the staff were exceptional. The room design of the villas is at best poor. There is a spa perched in the corner of the bedroom with access best suited to gymnasts. It's an accident waiting to happen and it happened to me. Unacceptable safety design, every wet area should have a non-slip surface. My fall ruined the holiday.

Generally a good stay. The restaurant tries too hard to be "fancy" with their food. That limited my desire to go there for dinner. In contrast, breakfast and lunch are good. Rooms are great and staff are helpful and friendly.

i have not even arrived yet and i am already wishing i chose a different hotel they lost my membership application on 2 occasions got made out to be a liar on the phone after proving that it was there fault.
Not once did they try to offer anything in return to say sorry i am really considering cancelling as this is a very special occasion am scared it is going to be ruined. i will most definitely be cancelling my other reservation at Xmas for twice as long and for nearly $7000

Beautiful hotel, lagoon style pool is wonderful (& open until 10pm), rooms are modern with a huge spa & direct access to 4 mile beach. There is only 1 restaurant on the premises, which is quite expensive with limited choice & coffee isn't great. Unfortunately, despite being worded to suggest so online, the shuttle into town is not complimentary ($5pp each way), and the walk in is ~5km via the beach (lovely if you're up to it). The staff were mostly ok, service nothing to rant about. Would recommend for a relaxing stay.

Amazing resort with excellent facilities for you to relax and enjoy! The pool, restaurant, pool bar and rooms are beautiful.

Great facilities, just very tired. Needs to be renovated or a coat of paint and new furniture. Looks like they have moved the furniture around a lot as most of it has knocks and scrapes in it and the walls show where it has been knocked and scraped. Restaurant is closer to what you would expect from a 3 star resort, not a 5 star resort. They also need new cleaners, the current lot don't do a good job at all. Reception staff have been good and they have attended to issues quickly. What has been good is the ability to open the door and go straight into the pool, this makes up for all the downsides. Fix the other issues and it would be a terrific place to stay.
