It seems they recently increased their prices. Also the weekdays yum cha are now very disappointing. Many of their dishes are not freshly made, probably due to significantly lower turnouts. I went on a Thursday and the place was basically empty.

They used to be decent, not so anymore.

Totally over priced and underwhelming. I do a lot of yum change and I'm very disappointed. Every dish even standard dumplings seemed to be classified as "super deluxe" and charged at the highest rate. Taste/quality below average. Trolley ladies nice and friendly.

Held my daughter's 21st birthday here. The staff are friendly and professional. The food was beautiful. The decor lovely. And reasonably priced to top it off! Wouldn't hesitate to hold another family (or any other) function at this restaurant. Thanks for a great night.

Probably one of the worst yum cha I've had. Took my friends here for lunch just to have the waiters bringing out cold dim sums and they kept pushing us to take it. Waiters are quite rude and pushy. Food wasn't great either. They used to be good years ago but now they are just horrible.

From the moment I sat down I knew we weren't going to be in for a good meal.

First or all, with 1-year old on my arm not one of the 3 bored waiters offered a baby seat.

Secondly, cold food trolley comes out and waiter offers to reheat the selection of food we choose. But it doesn't stop there, after making our selection she goes on to forcefully make us consider ordering more food.

Repeatedly saying "no thank you, that's enough" she continues to list the endless menu. At one point I had to say, "NO. THATS ENOUGH" to which she ignored and listed even more items. Don't get me wrong, her English was fine so she definitely understood me.

Then the most annoying bit - when she delivered the food, she marked the lesser value items as more expensive ones.

On top of all of this, the Yum Cha was terrible. There was not a single item that we enjoyed.

Please, DO NOT come here for a meal.

This is the second time we dined at Plume. After a unpleasant experience the first time we thought we'd give it another chance, but second time around was even worse. Every single yum cha dish was cold, the service was average, the ladies pushing around the carts were rude and pushy and the food was terrible. When we went to pay we complained to the manager and he said it wasn't very good that they were serving cold dishes and the kitchen staff had been reminded not to do that! We will never return to Plume again!

Busy place with excellent 'dim sum' or as they call it in Australia; 'jam cha'. It usually does not take more than 1 minute to get the first dumpings delivered to your table after you sit down. There are trays being wheeled around non stop. The staff ticks off your choices as you pick them from the trolley, and then in the end you pay for it. Lots of exciting and tasty food! Sundays are probably VERY busy, and you need a reservation.

Perfect place for a yum cha - really wide spread selection of food, and the staff almost always bring you hot items while you might be happy to just take items off the trolley. Very decent prices too.
