  Food is always good but was not impressed to be told I couldn't feed my son $3.00 worth of hot chips when we'd just ordered $60 worth of food maybe an appropriate kids menu needs to be considered we order from the waurn ponds store a lot as they are the only store that delivers to our estate am seriously considering never ordering again waitress was quite disrespectful to picky eaters it was only a $3 pack of chips it's not like we didn't order a heap of food from the restaurant not happy ruined what was a good dinner

  Great service, waiter at our table within a minute or two and when not ready to order they were prompt in coming back. Huge servings, easy to tailor your meal if it's what you want isn't on the menu. Dinner for two and enough for our toddler for $50.

  i love watching them make the pizza's they are the best, Ive been going to them for years 5 gold star all the way for every type of pizza they offer on the menu i watched them make one pizza a minute really awesome

  Very small portion of meat in the veal scallopini. When I suggested this to the chef it was just ignored. The pizza are good value though

  After tonights experience, I don't think I will be returning. Ordered 2 pastas takeaway which took 20 minutes however whilst we waited there was a gentleman making pizzas without any gloves on. He cross contaminated meat, cheese and all other ingredients available with no consideration for orders that may be vegetarian or have allergies. On our way out, we confronted him saying "Shouldn't you be wearing gloves?" And he replied "We haven't worn gloves for 30 years", despite 2 other employees wearing gloves. When I asked why the girl next to him was wearing gloves, he responded that she had a cut on her hand. This wasn't for just 1 pizza, but many over a 20 minute period. Fair to say I will not be ordering food there again

  Reliably the best quality pizza, eat in or take away, I have had in Melbourne or Geelong. You can get cheaper pizza but you miss out on so much for so little difference in price. They have had the formula right for years.

  Good pizza's. The sevice is great. Fiendly casual relaxed atmosphere. Indoor outdoor eatery. Plus pretty quick home delivery service.

  Food amazing!! Waurn Ponds
  BUT Jess who took our order was extremely RUDE, obviously does not want to be there.
  We will not return because of her rudeness!!
