Paradise Kitchen was great to work with. Their designer listened to what we needed and our budgetary limitations, and provided a beautiful, practical design. The fit out team were really professional, punctual and had great workmanship. The whole experience felt seamless. Our kitchen takes a beating from our four children, and it's tough whilst looking elegant. Five years later, one drawer runner broke, and Wessam posted out a replacement part immediately. We would continue to use them for future renovations, and we keep recommending them to friends.

Paradise Kitchens is an awesome place if you're looking to do renovations in your place. Wess is very friendly and very helpful, everything is always possible and nothing is ever a problem. He and his crew go out of their way to help you out from the second you walk into his store. The quality of the products and workmanship is second to none, and at a steal too. Highly recommended.

Wessam and his team were amazing to work with. The design for the space, the measurements, the fixtures and the finished product were perfect for what we needed.
The cost of the kitchen was extremely competitive and I have, and will continue to recommend Paradise Kitchens to friends and colleagues.
My son and some of his tradie mates installed the kitchen but it was delivered in perfect condition and ready to go. I am sure their installation team would do a great job as well.
All I can say is get a quote from Paradise.
You can’t go wrong.

WARNING: WARNING: WARNING: NEVER EVER USE THIS KITCHEN MAKER!!!! NEVER EVER USE THIS KITCEHN MAKER!! NEVER EVER USE THIS KITCHEN!! As you can read, this is a very strong warning to all potential customers of Paradise Kitchens, please never ever use this kitchen maker. Very very poor service, damaged goods, install takes a very long time, which to date it has now been 2 weeks to install and still incomplete, wrong measurements, tradie (installers) take off without installing the whole job, scheduled installation about one month in advance, installer cancels on the day saying his worker is sick, but calls back and says his coming but never does (funny enough I believe he was double booked by Paradise Kitchens as I overheard conversation with Wassem and Eddie (the installer) when I was paying the fees that he had another job on that same day. To date kitchen has not been installed, keep chasing installation and they make excuses, damage goods still need to be replaced, pantry was done incorrectly and not what we ordered, and they have no intentions to fix it. Every time I need to ask a question about my kitchen as I can see things are not being installed properly, i am cut off and rudely mistreated. My daughter has been abused/teased by the installer and made a mockery of (she is aged 2 years), my daughter was left crying over cooking a meal because my kitchen is taking too long to install (funny enough my daugther did this infront of the kitchen installer and he just simply did not care) in completing his job, told he would come back but never showed up. Still waiting.

We have bought 2 kitchens so far for our family from Paradise Kitchens. I have found Wessam to be of the highest integrity and he and his staff are very professional and very aware of what works and what does not. It is nice to find somebody who knows their product and whose recommendations/options we have found extremely useful and have helped us in providing a finished result of high quality and yes pride. Many (including tradesman) have commented very positively on the finished kitchens. We also sourced the appliances from them as well after costing them in other discount large stores. The total value for money is excellent as is the service and most importantly the final result.

Great experience purchasing a small kitchen and vanity from paradise kitchens. A family member recommended them and the customer service was great. Quick responses to my emails and easy to talk to when I visit. They were able to provide the kitchen in a really tight timeline and were also able to correct the benchtop after the pickup. Friendly staff and great value kitchens and vanity. Happily will recommend their service to others.

We have been using Paradise Kitchens for 10 years now (8+ kitchens) and they have not let us down or disappointed us yet. On the very odd occasion there is a small problem, Wessam goes out of his way to get it sorted ASAP. Their prices are very competitive and the quality is fabulous. My husband is a carpenter and installs our kitchens and has said every single time how well built the kitchens are and how easy they are to install. Could not recommend them more :)

Fantastic team and great customer service. They were very helpful throughout my kitchen renovation project and took care of every small details. Their contractors were very good and provided great service. All in all very happy with my new kitchen and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service, amazing quality, at the best prices by far. After getting my kitchen done, I was so impressed with the quality that I also got my laundry and ensuite done too. A big highlight was the quality of the two-pack paint, which everybody who did any work on my house couldn't believe, and said it was the best they've seen. And don't forget to ask them about appliances, because they'll save you money there too! My kitchen is worth so much more than what I paid for it! Thanks guys!!

Paradise Kitchens renovated my kitchen in 2014 and I have nothing but great reviews for all the staff & management. I Love my new kitchen even 2 years down the track. Paradise Kitchen accommodated to our specific needs and high demands, their after sales & service support is outstanding. We were that impressed with their quality that they also manufactured & installed my dad's kitchen in 2015. I have no hesitation in recommending Paradise Kitchen for your future kitchen renovations. I will never recommend this kitchen maker to anyone. They are the robbers.They will ask you to pay the full payment in advance and will leave the job in middle. I paid him in advance. He changed the design of kitchen. He ruined the kitchen style. To fix the problems, he asked me to pay more dollars. I paid him extra to fix the problems. Till today the problems are still there. Whenever I tried to approach him via phone, he never called back to me. He does not care about the time and money of customers. He will leave you to wait and will start attending the other customers.

with the dream of building an extension on our current home fading (news a baby on the way) we looked at creating a beautiful home on a much smaller budget. With a "Bunning Kitchen" seeming extremely expensive for a FLAT PACK a friend at work mentioned Paradise Kitchens. I found all staff to be extremely HELPFUL & ACCOMMODATING The processes was extremely budget friendly! The ready made kitchen was SOO EASY TO INSTALL IN OUR HOME much easier than we originally thought it was going to be! FANTASTIC experience and when we wanted another unit (wine rack) they were only too happy to assist!!

Be careful!!!!
These guys will say anything, including misleading you, to get your money and then rudely stonewall you if there is a problem.
I bought a rubbish bin from them as a custom order ($119). Before buying I asked them about installation of the product from an "expert" in the shop as the girl I was talking to could not answer my question properly. After asking specifically whether this needs 'only fixing on to the door' as I could not see any railing the “expert” said it needs only to be fixed to the door and the base. He conveniently forgot to mention that this base needs to be separate from the cupboard floor and have to have it’s own railing.
After paying and then obtaining the product I found out the above needs a lot more work to be installed. When asking about possibility of a refund or an exchange I am told that this is not possible (less than 24hrs after the purchase). The “expert’ adds that “this is not a DIY product which he knew that I was going to do before the purchase”. Now I am left with a product I cannot use, refund or exchange.response / report this review -

We decided to go with Paradise Kitchens for our readymade kitchen. We choose to install White Polyurethane U-shaped readymade kitchen, which is a perfect fit for our kitchen space. We got highly functional, stylish and modern kitchen within our budget. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. The tradesmen were excellent at their jobs and the coordination of each tradesmen working with each other was well planned. The service was fast and reliable.
We definitely recommend Paradise Kitchens to anyone who wants a great and functional kitchen in a hassle free way.response / report this review
