I couldn't be happier with Patioland. Process from beginning to end has been well communicated and I'm surprised the build took 3 weeks from deposit to install.
Bob the salesman is very knowledgeable, some things I thought I was set on, he talked me out of with good reasons and I'm glad he did, the end result is above what I expected.
Daniel the installer did an awesome job, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He has a good eye for detail, and doesn't do a rush job.
I would definitely recommend Patioland to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space.response / report this review -

I am very satisfied with the professional work Patioland did for my home. They have installed cover for my balcony and it look just great. It took sometime to get the materials ready but they installed it in a couple of days. We made our decision after looking at samples in their showroom, which was a great thing to do. It is a nice family business in town. Thank you for your great work Patioland family!

Thank you Patioland! We cannot recommend Patioland highly enough. From the first appointment for a quote to the check measuring and then the installation everything went smoothly and was done with care and precision. The installers were friendly and cleaned up afterwards! We are very happy we chose Patioland for our new carport and screen enclosure room and are happy to highly recommend them to anyone considering using this company.

We recently replaced our old timber pergola with a new Patioland patio cover.
The workers arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the work within the time promised.
They were polite, respectful, and cleaned up and removed all of the old structure and debris.
Communication was excellent with both the Project and Operations Managers.
The final result is an excellent new patio as promised and we highly recommend Patioland.response / report this review -

Extremely pleased with everything. Very efficient and professional. Communication with staff is quick and very accommodating. I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks for the manufacturer to have materials ready but they were able to get them in 2 weeks time.
What's more, the whole work was done in less than a day! Strong thunderstorm came the next day and had the roof tested-all perfect. I couldn't be happier.
I am definitely happy that I chose a well-established company to do the job. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.response / report this review -

We recently had Patioland Parramatta install an insulated roof over our deck. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism displayed by everyone connected with the company from the initial quote with Bob, then Andy for his check measure, and finally with Daniel and Glen for the installation. Can highly recommend this fabulous product and the company.

I would not recommend using Patioland.
Report a leak 6 months ago about a leak in the pergola they installed .

From my interactions with Adrian and his team, I can unreservedly recommend Patioland. Their creative, thoughtful and consultative approach have delighted their customers. I love the blending of indoor/outdoor spaces and the results of so many of their projects.
I even pro-actively ask my clients if they are intending to renovate so I can recommend Patioland as I want my clients to experience the best!

Had Patioland replaced my old carport. They finish the job today (only took them 21/2 days) and I'm so happy with the workmanship and the quality. Look so fantastic. The whole process was a breeze and the 2 young guys (Mick & his co worker) were very polite and very helpful. They clean up after and left my place spick and span. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with this company for many years now and I must say they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Many companies try and cut corners but not these guys. After all you get what you pay for. The whole process was straightforward and the quality of workmanship second to none. Will definitely use this company again.

We had a patio built by Patioland in early May this year. I found their company to be highly money orientated.Virtually as soon as they were on site, the guy wanted the 10% deposit. Then as soon as they were almost finished, again they straight away wanted the rest of the money. But there was some item they were missing (? they forgot to order) so they didn't complete it and instead disappeared for weeks without any communication. Next thing I get a call saying they now wanted the balance of the monies as the last bit had been installed but without any communication to me, and as I was at work, couldn't check on this til after the weekend. Then I ask them repeatedly for a tax invoice as they mailed me two bits of a credit card receipt which is hardly an acceptable tax invoice for such a large job costing thousands of dollars! But never received in the mail and my emails go unanswered. The patio itself seems to be in good condition, but the work ethics of these people is less than impressive and had I known this, would not have engaged their services.
