My partner and I had the privilege to meet Matt Kwoka the Director of Southern Cross Funerals. We highly recommend these people. They are deadicational with their work! LOL 🥰🥰

From the time I contacted Eleanor after our mother passed away, she took control of all the arrangements. In meeting her, we found a very warm, compassionate woman who gave out so much understanding and love for what my sister snd I were going through. Everything was arranged with such grace and heartfelt service, you would think she was a family member. On the day of the funeral Matthew exhibited the same warmth, concern and natural love, it was so comforting. His team and he took hold of all the process throughout the mass. Although in this business you would have z certain expectation, being looked after in this matter leaves a strong feeling within your own heart. They are a family business that have gone over znd beyond ones expectations. I thank them on behalf of my husband and sister and myself forever in a day.And highly recommend them. You even have Annie as your mascot when you enter the office

I highly recommend Southern Cross Funerals, especially over the other big brands. They are a caring family business - the whole team were super friendly, helpful and supportive during every step of the process. They were relatable, down to earth and highly professional. Everything turned out perfectly on the day, without a hitch. I'm so glad I was able to make the day special for my loved one with their help.

Matt and his team were awesome to my family when my mum passed away 12 months ago. They were caring respectful and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful farewell for a loved one.They even sent a card to show they were thinking of my family 12 months after her service.

Very disappointing customer experience. Guests at my fathers service complained that the attendents ignored them when they arrived at the chapel and talked in whispers throughout service. Prior to the service commencing my sister and myself were badgered about making sure that "we didn't go over the time limit", as there was other funerals happening. A week after the service I called to enquire about collecting Dad's ashes and was told they would send me an authority form. It was never sent despite contacting the company three times. Eventually my 91 year old mother collected my fathers ashes from the crematorium. Our family has used this company before without any problems. Sadly this experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

I couldn't speak highly enough about this company, from our first contact they were friendly & professional even though it was a public holiday. Joanne made an appointment with us to come to our home & make the arrangements, this was much appreciated at a very stressful time for us. On the day the organisation was second to none & Matthew kept us informed of every step of the way in a polite, professional & compassionate manner.
