Deb and her team were very responsive and helped take a lot of stress off my shoulders. Deb is very professional and took time to explain the process to us, as well as answer any queries. As I was purchasing interstate in a "hot" market I had a lot of questions. Pre-approval was arranged in a timely manner as well as finance upon our offer being accepted. Deb and her team also arranged for the mortgage documents to be sent to the lender after signing. Everything went smoothly and I wouldn't have been able to secure the property without their help. Just a quick story regarding my dealing with Deborah Brincat. At the start I'll say that we didn't use Deb but..we were approaching an auction and experiencing difficulties in getting in contact with our existing lender. Three days out of the auction, we were unsure whether we had our finances approved. In desperation, I sent Deb an email and within 2 hours she called. I explained to her our situation and that asked if we couldn't get approval by the end of the day from our existing lender, could she step in and help us. After going through our finances, she was able to give us reassurance that she could step in and help out if required - this was such a relief. In the end, our existing lender was able to respond. However, for responsiveness and professionalism, I can highly recommend Deb and we would certainly look towards her for our future financing needs.

Cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Deborah. Deb was there every step of the way and went above and beyond to help me and my partner. She made the whole process so much easier and worked tirelessly to get us the best result. Deb's relentless pursuit to help secure a loan for us within such a short period of time is a testament to her knowledge and commitment. I wish I could give Deb a 6 star rating for her service and I look forward to working together in the future.

My partner and I are so grateful to Deb and her team for all their support and professionalism in our house buying journey. It took months to finally find and purchase the house we love and Deb was literally there every step of the way, any day of the week (and any time) when we needed advice and help. As it was our first experience it was daunting at first but she made the whole process easy and stress free. We can not thank her enough and would highly recommend Deb and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home.
