  Marcus and Noah from Australian Hot Water - East were excellent. Marcus was prompt, professional and personable when we needed to replace our hot water system unexpectedly. He gave us clear advice on which new system to install and the installation of the new system was able to be done on the same day. Marcus and Noah were great - a big thumbs up from me.

  I am REALLY HAPPY with the service provided by Australian Hot Water.
  They promptly replied to my email enquiry, promptly answered my questions. They gave us a very competitive price. The installers were also prompt and came at the promised time.
  Marcos did the job and I would say that he is the most professional plumber. He did his utmost to meet our requirements and make us happy.
  I will happily recommend Australian Hot Water to anyone who needs a hot water system.

  Fast and efficient service provided by Grant and Steve. My hot water system blew up in the morning and my new Rheem Gas system was installed before lunch the same day. I can highly recommend their service.
