  My go to place for a chocolate pancake. Portion is big. Staff are friendly. Pancakes are light and fluffy and the maple syrup is not too sweet.

  The pancakes don't taste fresh. It tastes like the mix is pre-made. If you made your pancake mixes from scratch, I'd definitely be back and more fresh fruit instead of syrups would be delicious too! My kids were bouncing off the walls from whatever they ate. (which was a shared meal between 3 - so they didn't have much). I'd like to come back but the food quality doesn't really match the cost prices. (Plus filtered water would be nice, you can taste the chlorine in the water) The booths take up so much room, I was told by security that I couldn't park my double pram outside the shop so it I had to sit it in the entrance isle. The staff had to move it a couple of times when patrons came in and out. I felt like such a nuisance. Also please repeat orders back to customers! (save costs for yourselves)

  Thought we would give this place another go after bad experience last visit. Don't know why I bothered. Took my daughter. granddaughter and nieces for a Easter treat.Only pancake place in Perth and they had never been.Wanted a table for two adults two children and toddler. They put tables together for a group of 6 adults and 2 children even though they in the que behind us. Then a group of 4 adults in the que behind us got seated. Finally got seated and placed our order which consisted of milkshakes 4 savoury meals and a huge dessert to share. Around $120.Took 15 minutes to get the drinks and after 50 minutes we were still waiting for our food. Asked what was going on and was told due to our order having savoury items it would take longer. The 2 other groups I previously mentioned had already left and groups seated well after us had already got there food. If you don't make orders as they come into the kitchen take savoury items off YOUR MENU. Ended up walking out. Went to Ribs and Burgers around the corner. Great food great service and only 20 minutes to get our food and the place was packed.

  Amazing! The pancakes are really filling and are priced just right.
  
  Though the buttermilk used in the pancakes is very strong and does overpower any sauce or toppings they put on the pancakes. Other than that, I can't really fault it.

  Arrived at 2.45 and were told they were closed . Door says closed at 3so do they kick the customers that are in there still eating out at 3.We weren't the only ones turned away. Most places if you are seated before closing time you got served.

  Pretty small and crowded a lot of the times. Good meals and fast service and polite staff. Not the most pleasant location.
