Called in for a meeting and end up staying for lunch and a cold beer. Awesome BLT and chips. It was so yummy.

Great food with decent size servings, good prices & excellent service. What a pub should be. $8 pints of 150 lashes on the night we went. Highly recommend for a casual meal or a few drinks.

The atmosphere was pleasant except for the loud roar from the crowd at the adjoining pub when the sports bets were going on.

The service from the staff was good. And they accepted the Entertainment Card, which was a bonus.

Food portions were reasonable. Good selection of wine and beer.

food/service was worth 3.5 stars . but what brought my score down was - noisy music from main bar section while dining + front main door constantly left open (= cold draft even though our table was about 5 tables from main door).

+ drunk/loud/abusive people from the sports bar that we had to walk past to get to the carpark (very bogan / roughy) reminds me of back in the day, when i used to work at the pubs around gosnells-armadale area.
certainly not "family friendly" after dark.

considering at one point this used to be in "the entertainment book" with winning some restaurant awards over the years.

to sum up meals were perfect, just not overall dining experience.

pretty decent pricing, with a great outdoor seating area. "best" times to come seems to be lunchtime weekdays.

After failing to get served at The Kewdale and determined to have a pub grub lunch, moved onto the Belmont Tavern. Excellent service, decent prices and portion sizes. Would add 1/2 a star if that was possible. It's a pub, it's what you expect to get at a pub. Nothing fancy, decent food (slightly overcooked) and very tasty. Will go back when pub food is what is wanted over fine dining.

I came here to pass some time while I waited to pick someone up from the airport. I'd probably never come here again. It's big, well lit with a large beer garden. Features free wi-fi, pool tables and a TAB. Sadly it's also a bogan five.

Went for the Monday night Ribs and was pleasantly surprised!! Generous portions with option of Mac n Cheese or chips. Ribs were smoky, tender and falling off bone without being too overdone. Had a decent Feral Hop Hog and at $11 that is as good as or better value than most standard beer pub pints in Perth - also have range of regular beers from $8 pint. Staff were friendly. Venue was clean.
