Overall it's a good local pub, food can be a little bit hit and miss but the friendly service and reasonable prices more than make up for this.

It was just ok. Salad so oily I couldn't eat it. Pizza fine. Won't race back

We had both the quinoa salad and the cured salmon salad. Both were absolutely delicious. Great to see such healthy and tasty meals.

I took shelter from the rain in the Broken Hill Hotel, a lovely hotel in the Victoria Park CBD. Nice atmosphere. The meal deals are good so we're going back on a Sunday when the kids eat free.

Nice place. Easy to get to from town with the bus stopping right out front. Good specials. Parmi and a pint on Thursdays.

Pop your head in the kitchen, Chef Travis is back ! Hotel is currently being re-modeled / makeover, looks and feels far more inviting now. Good work in progress by dedicated independent owner operators, its not your supermarket/affliated pub. Ill coming back to support this INDEPENDENT local pub.

Pleasant atmosphere. Food was good except for the Behemoth Burger, only because the macaroni and cheese spoilt the taste. Service was fast and good. Overall, it is a good place for family dining. And they have a pub.

Calling out all kid friendly pubs, enough is enough, when did it become acceptable to take kids to a bar and let them run around like they're in a playground? I'm sitting in the smoking section outside right now and their are a dozen kids under 10 climbing everything and no parents or staff batting an eyelid. If I get one more dirty look because I'm smoking outside in the smokers section with kids around I'm going to tell these part time parents to get fucked.

Cut the crap, this is a pub with a food menu, not a restaurant.

Went on a week night with a large group of people for dinner. Service was very friendly and most people were happy with their meals, though the average meal price feels a bit high for what you get. Would not recommend the corn fritters- they were basically unleavened pancakes with a little bit of corn mixed through. Having said that, those who got the pork belly were very happy with their choice.
